Lachlan looked at me with a surprised expression. My brother looked irritated.
"Wow... I didn't know you were that good at fortnite..."
Lachlan told me, impressed. I blushed and laughed. I sometimes played on my own. Not much though.
"I play sometimes."
I admitted. My brother then got furious.
"Yeah whatever. She's not that good Lachlan. I'm going to get a coke."
My brother announced and left the room. Lachlan smiled and rolled his eyes. I laughed.
"Maybe he's a little jealous?"
I asked Lachlan. Lachlan laughed.
"A little?"
Lachlan asked. I smiled and put my controller down.
"Okay, maybe really jealous."
I said. Lachlan smiled and looked at me with his beautiful blue eyes shining.
"So um... I have a odd question..."
Lachlan asked me. I smiled and nodded.
"Yeah, what's up?"
I asked Lachlan. Lachlan looked around the room nervously.
"Um... would you like to go out with me this Friday?"
Lachlan asked me. I felt my face flush for the 3rd time today. Was Lachlan asking me out on a date?
"Like... A date?"
I asked Lachlan. Lachlan nodded.
"Yeah... I mean... if you don't feel comfortable... I mean..."
Lachlan stuttered. I nodded.
"I would love to go on a date with you... only if you beat me in COD."
I challenged Lachlan. Lachlan smirked.
"Deal. And... just don't tell your brother I asked you out... yet."
Lachlan told me. I nodded and picked up my controller.
"No problem. Now let's play. Put the game in."
