I clutched my luggage as I hauled it towards the bus where the others were waiting outside of.
"(L/N)! Finally, I thought something terrible happened!" Iida exclaimed, chopping the air with his seemingly always straight hands.
"Nah, Nemuri just kept insisting that I brought perfume cause of 'all that nasty sweat'," I said, air-quoting that last part.
I attempted to push my bags into the buses luggage compartment, emphasis on attempted.
"Oh, let me help you with that," Shoto bluntly stated, rearranging and pushing the bags in. "I, uh, thanks Shoto! But it's not like I couldn't have done that myself," I stuttered, muttering the last part.
"Alright Class 1-A! Get in the bus according to the name list!" Iida ordered while everyone did as he said. As I stepped into the vehicle, I realised my seat was with--
"What're you staring at, Flashlight?" Katsuki growled, arms crossed. I opened my mouth to say something sarcastic, but decided not to. Otherwise, my bus ride was gonna be ruined.
As we travelled, the chatter of my classmates were drowned out by my music, so much so that I started humming a little.
"Stop humming, Flashlight," Katsuki demanded, obviously annoyed.
"What're you even listening to anyways?" He suddenly pulled out one of my earbuds (i'm broqùe) and placed it near his ear. He raised his eyebrow but that was about the only sort of reaction.
"Tch, (fav singer/band) isn't even that good," he plainly stated, throwing the earbud back at me.
"Hey! (Singer/band) makes good music, ok? You just don't know how to appreciate that," I retorted, placing the earbud back in my ear.
"Tch."
The rest of the ride was relatively smooth, well save for a few times Katsuki got pranked by the Bakusquad.
We soon stopped at a cliff, which was a little weird but I went with it. As we stepped off the bus, we were greeted by two...heroes? And a young boy that was probably in primary school. My fellow classmates looked just as confused by the sight as I was.
The heroes, two women with matching cat-themed hero costumes, announced that they were-
"-The Wild Wild Pussycats!" They exclaimed, excitedly. The black haired one, Mandalay, then explained that our homestay was at the base of he mountain.
"And you guys have to use your quirks to get there! Oh, and if you don't arrive by mmmm...12:30pm, no lunch!" She exclaimed.
I gulped. No lunch?! But I love food! The others probably had the same idea as we all tried to get back up the bus. But before we could, Pixie-Bob used her quirk to create a landslide, throwing us over the cliff.
I thought fast and activated my quirk, slowing my fall. I reached the ground but lost focus and fell face first in the dirt.
"Ow..." I groaned as I sat up, rubbing my head. "Look!" I lifted my head only to be greeted a giant monster. Koji tried to use his quirk but they didn't seem to respond. One tried to attack Mineta but Izuku jumps in to save him.
