VRENE - Dangerous

Accident

It was just a normal day for both Irene and Joohyung. Joohyung had to go to school and Irene was going to work as usual. As Irene went to the hospital she received a call from the hospital. 

"Doctor Bae, there has been an accident with one of your friends," said the nurse.

"Who?" asked Irene.

"A guy named Jeon Jungkook. Do you know him?" asked the nurse.

"Yes of course how bad are his injuries?" asked Irene.

"His injuries are not that major but are not that minor either. He does not need surgery but needs observation. He told us to not call his wife but that he knew who you were so we called you," said the nurse.

"Yes I'm on my way right now," said Irene. She started to drive faster.

She ran into the hospital and found him in the ER.

"JEON JUNGKOOK!" yelled Irene.

"Noona please don't yell. You're embarrassing me," said Jungkook.

"What happened?" asked Irene.

"I was just driving and the car behind me hit me so it hit my head on the steering wheel and got a cut. They took me to the hospital because they said that I needed to get examined at the hospital just incase I had a brain bleed. I'm fine though I got a CT and there was no brain bleed," said Jungkook.

"Why didn't you call Yeri? She's gonna worry," said Irene.

"I don't want her to worry. She went out with some of her friends. She hasn't seen them for awhile so I didn't want her to come. If she sees me like this I think she might cry and I would hate for her to cry because of me," said Jungkook.

"Okay but you have to stay here for more observation. Just in case your brain bleeds and we did not notice anything. I'm going to order another CT in two hours just in case you start to bleed. But for now you need stitches and need to rest," said Irene.

"Okay but noona I need to ask you something," said Jungkook.

"Okay what is it?" asked Irene.

"Yeri has been being kind of weird lately. She has been getting all moody and she make a big deal out of nothing. She constantly wants to do whatever she wants to do. Can you talk to her?" said Jungkook.

"Are you sure she not just on her period? Just give her some space she might be going through something. Don't ask her just wait for her to open up to you," said Irene.

"Okay noona by the way how is Joohyung? I miss him a lot," said Jungkook.

"Well he's fine. He has been complaining about school. He actually needs his dad a lot. He wants to play with his dad just like the other kids," said Irene in a sad tone.

"Well I mean he has me. I'm always willing to play with him. He can come over whenever he wants," said Jungkook.

"Jungkook you're busy. You have work too. It's going to be too much," said Irene.

"Noona ever since Taehyung left I thought of Joohyung as my son. I know that if Taehyung was here he would want to play with his son too. That's why I'm willing to do it instead of him. I want to take his place," said Jungkook.

"Jungkook I have something to tell you," said Irene.

"What is it noona?" asked Jungkook.

"You can't tell anyone. I met him a few days ago. While I was on vacation with Joohyung we met coincidentally. He told me that he was going to come home soon. I don't know what to do. Should I believe him?" said Irene.

"Noona. It's great news. Just be careful. He might not be able to come back. You know how complicated his job is. I work for the CIA it's kind of like the FBI but a little different. I can't guarantee that this is an easy job for us to always be with our family," said Jungkook.

"Okay well I'm going now. I need to go into surgery," said Irene.
