VRENE - Dangerous

Emergency

It's been two months since Irene found out about Yeri being pregnant. She still did not get a call from Taehyung. It was just another normal day for her at the hospital. 

"Hello Doctor Bae," said the nurse.

"Hello. What is today's agenda?" asked Irene.

"Well today you have two minor surgeries but it is said that there would be another doctor coming in. His name is Doctor Kim," said the Nurse.

"Well that's nice to know. I'll make sure to greet him," said Irene.

After Irene finished her two surgeries for the day she was about to leave when she suddenly got a page to the ER.

"Doctor Bae, your friend is here. Her name is Jeon Yeri and she is two months pregnant. Her husband found her like this and we just wanted to let you know because she was calling for you when we were on the way here," said the paramedic.

"Okay thank you for telling me," said Irene as she started to panic.

Irene went into Yeri's room. The doctors were working on her and she was on the bed unconscious. 

"What happened to her?" asked Irene.

"She started to bleed and then fainted. Her husband was right there to see all this and he is in complete shock. Her baby is fine but I think this happened because she did not have enough nutrition to support both her and the baby. We gave her an IV so she should be stable for now," said the doctor.

"Okay thank you for the update," said Irene and she left the room looking for Jungkook.

"Hey Jungkook," said Irene. She could tell that he was mad.

"Noona I didn't even know. I didn't even know until the paramedic asked me how long she was pregnant. I was so flustered and she showed me the ultrasound. She didn't even tell me," said Jungkook he was on the verge of crying.

"I know Jungkook. There must have been a good reason for her keeping it from you," said Irene.

"I don't know noona. I just- I'm just so mad. She should have told me. What if the baby died? I would have felt so guilty for not taking care of her. I don't know what to say when she wakes up," said Jungkook.

"Well she and the baby are fine so just wait until she wakes up okay?" said Irene.

"Okay thanks noona," said Jungkook.

Jungkook went into her room and saw Yeri just sleeping. After a few minutes Yeri started to gain consciousness. 

"Jungkook?" said Yeri.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" asked Jungkook.

"How's the baby?" asked Yeri. 

"It's fine but I think there must be a extremely good excuse of why you kept this from me," said Jungkook.

"Look can we not talk about this right now I'm in no mood to talk about this," said Yeri.

"Yeri please tell me why did you not tell me. You've been pregnant for two months yet you didn't even talk about it at all," said Jungkook.

"I'm sorry. I just didn't know how to tell you," said Yeri.

"Let's talk when we get home the doctor said that you can go home after you finish your IV," said Jungkook.

"Okay," said Yeri. She knows that they're going to fight when they get home.
