LEWIS'S POV
He stalked back to the castle feeling like he left a year ago instead of the night before, he felt so strange, like something was missing that feeling started immediately she vanished from his presence, how could he be so affected by her like this after what was just a glimpse of her, nothing more than a few seconds.
He walked in through the back of the castle not in the mood to be followed by an entourage, almost nobody used this door, The servants had their own entrance, The other Lykan's who came to the castle always wanted the honor of having to walk in and out through the front gate, it could be that or they were frightened of the Fenrir's that guarded this particular entrance, the monstrous specie of wolves protected the entrance not out of love or loyalty to the castle but due to a blood oath they had sworn that couldn't be broken to the dead king and queen to protect their bloodlines with their lives, Hence only him and his brother Lyukas used this entrance, even though no true friend of the thrown could be hurt.
He tried to make as little noise as possible climbing the stairs but the claws on his toes kept clicking against the wooden floor, he finally reached his room and stretched to switch on the lamp, which all thanks to the humans, they didn't have to use fire anymore, when the lamp on the ceiling came on, he stood there for a minute staring at the 'chandelier' lost in thought for a minute
He then walked through the corridor immediately to the huge mirror that served as the door to his closet and stared at himself, he had never bothered to look at himself before, and always wondered why a mirror would be put in the masters bedroom, after all what he looked like shouldn't matter to his people but all of a sudden he cared about what he looked like and tried to stare at himself from another's point of view ..
"So I'm guessing you finally saw her, since all of a sudden you're staring at yourself like a wench about to get laid" his brother Lyukas said his legs propped on a table
Lewis wasn't surprised he was here, his not so little brother was a pain in his ass and was always at the wrong place at the wrong time..
"what happened after you ran off from the rest of the pack, did prince charming run into his bride" Lyukas said doing his best to rattle him
"Leave!" he said in a dark tone that surprised even him
Lyukas remained silent figuring something had gone wrong and after a while he tried again to lighten him up
"Don't worry she saw you in your Lykan form, you need not worry about your looks"
"we're seen as Monsters by the other nests in our lujan form so how the fuck! is that supposed to make me feel betteerrr!!" he roared shocking himself, what the hell had gotten into him
"That bad huh" Lyukas said still as calm as ever
he took a deep breath and said
"she's a witch"
"WHAT!!!" it was his brothers turn to act discombobulated, now he was sitting straight legs back on the floor "you can't know that for sure, unless she said she was one"
"I wouldn't say she was, if i didn't have a reason to say so" he said as he walked to this bed and got ready to start stripping to jump into the shower..."I'll meet you in my work cave in an hour, unless of course you enjoy watching me naked
Lyukas stood up as fast as he could and walked out, that threat had never failed to work Lewis thought to him self
..
Lewis walked into what he called his cave moments after cleaning up, a bag slung over his shoulder
"what's in the bag?" he heard Lyukas ask but didn't reply
