They arrived the spot where the merman always met with Hoseok.

It was already dark and the clothes were laying in the usual place.

"Uh, I have to get dressed now, can you turn around please?" Taehyung was shy and would soon be completely naked.

Jeongguk did as requested while Taehyung started to dry his fin. It took around twenty minutes until he was done with everything.

Taehyung stood now in front of the prince, without exchanging any words, they knew exactly what they both wanted. The farewell kiss.

The distance between them disappeared till their bodies touched, then they slowly leaned in. The butterflies in both of their stomachs were clearly there and since they already had kissed before it didn't start with smooches but almost immediately with tongue play.

Jeongguk moaned as Taehyung was suddenly grabbing his butt, squeezing gently, pulling him even closer.

It became heated. Jeongguk didn't know what to do with his hands, wanted to touch the other everywhere at the same time but ended with one hand in his hair and the other under the shirt, on his soft belly.

"Gguk-" Taehyung moaned his name, was pushed against the rock behind him. He lifted Jeongguk up so he could wrap his legs around Taehyung's waist.

Someone suddenly called the merman's name.

"Tae? I knew I heard your voice." Hoseok came from behind the rock and stopped in his tracks as soon as he saw the situation unfolding in front of him. "Fuck, I'm so sorry!"

Of course Hoseok knew who Jeongguk was, he's the crown prince after all, everyone knows him. He was confused because the news about his marriage was already out and there he is, kissing a man. Does he know what Taehyung is?

When they saw Hoseok, they let go of each other and took a step back to part.

"Hobi, it's uh not what it looks like. We just-" Taehyung sighed, giving in. "Okay, it was what it has looked like but please don't tell anyone."

Jeongguk chuckled at his words, found him incredibly adorable.

He wasn't happy that the guy had disturbed them but maybe it's better that way.

"Hi, I'm Jeongguk." He introduced himself.

"Wow, hi, I know who you are. Name's Hoseok." He looked at Taehyung, tried to ask him if he's aware, through his eyes, but instead of Taehyung, Jeongguk answered his question. "So he knows about you too?"

Taehyung nodded. "He is my only human friend. Well, was." He bit his lower lip, it tasted like Jeongguk.

"Isn't it dangerous? He's the future King, Tae. What if he-" Hoseok raised his voice because he was really concerned.

"I'll never hurt them. Don't say shit like that." Jeongguk became angry, pulled Taehyung to his side. "He's important to me and I'd never let anyone hurt him or the others."

Hoseok lifted his hands in defence. "Got it, I'm just overprotective. We know each other for a while and he always tried to deny what he is, when I caught him the first time and it took months until he trusted me. How comes that you can gain his trust in not even one day?"

Taehyung and Jeongguk looked at each other and that's when it clicked in Hoseok's head. They like one another, that's why they were making out and almost more if it weren't for him to interrupt them.

"Okay, I don't need an answer because I already know." He took a deep breathe. He didn't want to be the bad guy but someone had to remind them.

"It's impossible for you both to be together, everyone is in the picture that he is taken, I'm so so sorry Tae." He could see little crystals shining in Taehyung's eyes, tears. Hoseok has never seen him crying before. It breaks his heart.

"We know, okay. You don't have to be so rude. We were just saying goodbye but you ruined it." Jeongguk glared, wanted to yell at him for making Taehyung sad but of course he didn't.

Hoseok was dumbfounded, he decided to change the topic. "On my way to Tae, I saw your brother." He points to the prince.

"What, where?" Jeongguk grabbed Taehyung's hand, pulling him along.

"Walking up and down the beach, he looks really tired." Hoseok explained and they all started to search for Namjoon.

After what felt like hours they finally found him sitting in the sands. "Joonie!" Jeongguk called his name, making him looking up.

"Ggukie, you're back! Oh my God, I missed you so much." He hugged his baby brother and then noticed the other boys. "Were you the ones who brought him back?"

"Taehyung Hyung was the one. I've just met Hoseok, but he's his friend." Jeongguk was still holding Taehyung's hand. Namjoon saw it and smiled.

"Hi, my name is Namjoon, I'm Jeongguk's older brother, it's really nice to meet you both." He hugged Hoseok and Taehyung, causing the latter to stiffen. Did he just say Namjoon? Seokjin's Namjoon?

Jeongguk noticed the change, he nudged him as soon as his brother let go of him. "What?" He whispered towards the merman.

"Nothing, I think I should go now. See you?" Taehyung looked happy and couldn't wait to tell Seokjin the news. The guy's handsome, that's for sure but his Jeonggukie was out of this world. No one could reach his handsomeness.

"Wait Tae!" As he was about to go, the young prince stopped him. "When will I see you again?" He didn't want to say goodbye forever. There was no way that this was all he'd get out of that. They could at least be friends.

"Why don't you invite them to your wedding?" Namjoon suggested and Hoseok agreed with a nod.

"Sounds like a good idea." Taehyung faked a smile and then turned to leave. The smile dropped and got replaced by a frown.
