THE NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE, ERIC NAM ENTERS

ERIC [ HOST ]: Good evening everyone! I am the host of Produce 42, Eric Nam.

CROWD: /cheers/

ERIC [ HOST ]: As you all know, by the end, Produce 42 will debut a 9 member group. No matter how talented you are individually, working well with others is necessary to be in a group.

ERIC [ HOST ]: Today, the trainees have been put into groups and will perform their songs. This mission will showcase those who do well in group settings and single out those who can't.

ERIC [ HOST ]: You were given a device with numbers 1 to 7 on them. After all the performances have finished, you'll vote for both your favourite group and favourite member of each group.

ERIC [ HOST ]: Now let's begin with the performances! Our first group has high expectations to live up to and will be performing a song by the worldwide group, BTS!

[ 7 trainees take the stage ]

ERIC [ HOST ]: Please introduce yourself.

"WE ARE BULLETPROOF" TEAM: Hello! We are Bullet and we are on our way to piece your heart /finger guns/

ERIC [ HOST ]: Ah, why did your team choose the name "Bullet"?

YOON BYUNGHO [ A ]: We chose the name "Bullet" because we want to show a different side of us and bullet is the opposite of bulletproof.

ERIC [ HOST ]: Oh I see! Good luck to your performance.

FIRST LET'S SEE HOW THEIR PRACTICE WENT...

NOH HYUNJOON [ A ]: Oh god, what's happening?

IM JAYDEN [ D ]: Honestly, I don't know, but I'm a bit concerned.

[ two boys are chasing and tackling each other ]
