The Commander sees the pod fly by with a streak of light blue.
"Who is in that pod?" they mutter.
"I don't know, sir," their Lieutenant replies.
The ship's leader rises from their chair.
"No one does anything without my knowledge. I'm going to have a chat with that ship's captain," they decide.
In a hallway two guards flank their superior as they beam into existence.
They immediately raise their weapons at the sight of unconscious comrades.
"Watch yourselves," the Commander advises.
The Atsafarians march up a few staircases and into the command floor.
Lily jumps upon seeing them.
"A member of the terrorist group!" one of the guards exclaims.
The Commander points their rifle at Lily's chest.
"Drop to your knees and surrender!" they bark.
Suddenly their two guards drop to the floor.
A bullet slips past the leader's head by a mere inch.
They twist around to find Kitty crouched as well as furious.
She blasts more pellets, but they each hit the wall instead of the enemy.
The Commander draws their weapon and fires.
In a split second their shot strikes Kitty's neck.
Meanwhile Glitter Lucky charges into battle, while launching an enormous energy ball.
It pounds the Commander into Daffy and the ship's viewscreen, smashing it like a hammer to a window.
Sparks scatter and small debris rains onto the floor.
After a hard landing, the Commander props themselves up using their four extra limbs, then scoops up a disoriented Daffy.
He crunches the duck's limbs into unnatural angles.
"Shoulder! Arm! Leg!" Daffy yelps.
He is now a maceball, with one of his legs acting as the chain, and the Commander swings him around by his foot.
With one quick swipe he whacks the heroes into the wall.
The wind is knocked out of each of their lungs.
"Who was on that escape pod?!" the Commander demands.
Not a peep comes from their out-of-breath foes.
"No matter. I'll find them and destroy them later. Ya know, I would like to kill you at gunpoint. But I'd rather do it with you in flames and screaming," they snicker.
Kitty growls.
"Computer, begin auto-destruct. Ignore any override commands, disable all transporters and escape pods. Authorization Omega 427," the Commander instructs.
"Voice recognition confirmed," the computer acknowledges.
"Good luck," the Commander says.
They beam out, leaving the others to panic.
