Catra pov:
Catra stumbled into the horde early in the morning. Cold, tired, and hungry Catra trudged to her room. She barely made it to her bed before she collapsed. Catra groaned and cradled her stomach. Stupid princess. Didn't have to kick her so hard. Catra glances around at her room taking it all in. It was really only a bed and four walls. But she had called this place home for a while now. In her mind she saw Adora and she heard herself promise. Promise to return. Catra stroked her hand over her worn sheets.
"Good bye old friend." Catra whispered. Her eyes drifting shut. But just before she slipped in to unconscious she heard voices outside her walls. Muttering and whispering in the darkness of early morning.
"Adora is key-
"One week from-
"Don't let her out of your sight."

Don't let who? And then it was quiet.
———————————————————————
Adora woke up in a cold sweat. "Catra." She murmured, reaching out for the empty spot at the end of her bed. Her fist closed around air and her eyes drifted shut. "Catra."
———————————————————————
Catra spent the majority of the following day lounging around doing nothing. She hung out with Entrapta and tried to understand what she was talking about. Then she watched over the troops with Scorpia. Then she sat on the roof alone looking over the trees, trying to get a glimpse of the window where Adora might be. Her attempts we're futile, of course. But through out the whole day Catra just couldn't help but feel as if, maybe, just maybe, she had never been alone today at all.
———————————————————————
Adora woke up feeling uneasy. The day seemed to crawl by. Glimmer and Bow brought her to visit perfuma, but it only served to dampen her mood. All perfuma talked about was Entrapta. Which only reminded Adora of the horde. Which only reminded Adora of Catra. It was a tough day. The sense of unease never left. It was always there, beneath the surface. Around the corner. In the depth of the shadows. It was inescapable. Adora clutched her chest. Something wasn't right. Then Adora remembered her dream. Something was not right at all.
