Can't stay away from you(A Catradora fanfic)

Part 10

Glimmer ran a hand down her face as Catra and Adora settled into seats.

"You two are the most stupidest people I have ever met." Glimmer sighed.

Bow looked at Catra.

"Who are you?"

"Uh-" Catra started.

"nO, Bow, this is not the time. Why were you in my pantry sneaking around.?" Glimmer asked.

"What are you hiding." She said suspiciously.

"I like your hair." Bow said to Catra.

"Oh, uh. Thank you." Catra said flattered.

"Bow, nOt the time." Glimmer grit her teeth.

"I was just eating ." Catra shrugged.

"In my pantry."

"Yes it happened to be your pantry. What kind of person has a personal pantry anyway?" Catra squinted her eyes at Glimmer and leaned back in her chair.

"Look Glimmer, we were just hung-" Adora tried to intervene.

"Hush Adora." Glimmer was waved Adora away.

"This is such a pain. I can't believe there's a horde soldier in my pantry who is probably dating my best friend and might be evil and ate all my SprInKles."

"Wait you're dating Adora?"

"BOW NO QUESTIONS!" Glimmer yelled.

"Oh right."

" But you know this is fine. Cause she's here in my eyesight and she can't do anything funny-"

Glimmer stoped halfway through her sentence.

"Are you seriously making out in my kitchen?"  Glimmer deadpanned.

"Uhhhh."

Adora looked up at Glimmer breaking the kiss.

"No?"

Glimmer stared at Adora for a while.

"Okay this conversation is not over I just. I just need sometime to formulate an argument."

Glimmer stomped off to the door.

"Bow! Watch them like a hawk." Said Glimmer giving Catra a look.

"Well!" Bow clapped his hands together.

"We have some quality alone time together so.." Bow looked around.

"Uh." He rocked on his heels.

"How bout tic tax toe?"

The room suddenly went a sinister crimson.
Bows talking slowed until it was like he was frozen in time. tendrils of black curled upwards, cutting of all light.

Adora clutched Catra's Arm And She felt Catra's claws dig into her skin.

"Hello cadets." A voice whispered in Adora's ear.

Adora gasped and stumbled away from the voice, falling off her chair. Catra was dragged along with her and they hit the floor together.

"How strange to see you both here." The voice still whispered in her ear.

"Sh-shadow Weaver?" Adora struggled for breath.

Bows eyes began to glow a dark red lightning his face. He's face twisted into a cruel smile.

"How did you know?" Bows mouth moved with every word. Shadow weavers voice echoing from his mouth.

Adora's breathing was shallow and she couldn't think properly.

Panicked she turned towards Catra.

"Catra." She said nervously.

Bows twisted face looked back at her.

"I'm sorry were you looking for someone else?" Shadow weaver asked sympathetically.

"No no no no." Adora pulled her arm from shadow bows grasp and backed away.

"Catra?" Her voice came out strangled.

"Adora? Adora!"

Adora turned desperately towards the sound of Catra.

She was meet with the sight of Shadow weaver pulling Catra into the shadows.

Catra was covered in blood and scratch marks.

"Oh god." Adora whispered "no"

Catra's eyes met Adora's in the red light and Adora swore she saw tears stream down Catra's face. And then she was gone.

And Adora was all alone.
