The bell rang and it was time for lunch, the morning classes were normal, but I've heard that that couldn't be said for the afternoon classes. My schedule just had the art of detection written down for fifth hour. And to say the least, I was interested . I ate lunch alone, although I knew I was welcome to sit with the group I met yesterday, I prefered to sit alone.

When the bell rang I walked off to find my classroom but wasn't able to. It wasn't on any map either. Room 183 my ass. There must be a typo. I saw a door that I hadn't noticed before. I walked towards it and looked around, noticing the hall was empty. I'm going to be very late if I don't quick find this room.

I opened the door to find a dark staircase that only went one way, down. It was creepy but I hated being late and was overly curious about this place. I walked down the poorly lit stairwell, it must have gone down several stories. I went to the end to see a hall with better lighting shining through the doorway. It was a bit chilly down here and deafeningly silent.

I started walking down the hall and entered the bright room but didn't have a chance to look around before I heard a shuffle behind me. I whipped around and nearly had a heart attack when I saw a guy right in front of me.

"What are you doing down here?" He said, remaining calm. I opened my mouth but only a staggered breath came out. "Who are you?"

"I'm a new student, I was looking for one of my classes."

"There aren't any classrooms down here." I looked around to see rooms, they each had a large glass window facing the hall. Each room looked almost identical. With white walls, white sheets, monotone everything.

"What is this place?" He just looked at me for a minute, contemplating whether to tell me or not.

"It's where they keep people like me. We stay in our rooms at night and rarely go upstairs."

"Why?" He shifted his mouth.

"They think we are too dangerous to go gallavanting around up there."

"Are you?" He looked surprised at my very forward inquisitive question.

"I guess so." Was all he said.

"Where is everyone else?"

"Around." I found myself feeling something, what, I could not place. He smiled and I smiled back feeling overpowered by some strange emotion. I found myself seeing how incredibly hot this guy was. "Wanna see my room?" I nodded, feeling warm.

"Hey!" I heard a strange voice call. He appeared out of no where. "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

"Oh come on man! Don't be that way."

"Leave." His voice held so much power I started to walk away. "Not you," he said, grabbing my arm.

"You, my friend, get to stay."
