Cora 

It has been a week since we got back from Italy and a lot has happened. 

Recap 

Monty went to bed leaving me alone in the dark, why was I even here? After that I was awake in the dark while I heard Monty and Nina breathing. I normally do this when I was awake and alone at night, my thoughts race so it is hard for me to fall asleep. 

"You're still awake?" I heard him ask.

"Yep." I said looking at the clock. It was three in the morning. 

"Go to sleep," He said rolling over.

"Can't" I whisper. 

"Why not?" He whispered back. "Are the voices in your head getting to you?" 

Why does he all of a sudden care? 

"Yeah." I lightly whispered.

"Good, I hope you rot with them." He said. 

"Fuck you." 

"You wish." The jerk said .

I took off my clothes from earlier and changed into a tank top and sweatpants and went to bed finally. 

Monty 

"Good, I hope you rot with them." I said meaning every word.

Who does she think she is? Does she really not remember what happened when we were kids. You can't just hate someone for no reason. My ex friend Theo Contos tried to steal Cora away from me when we were all best friends. I liked Cora and Theo knew, I was going to tell her everything but his dumb ass had to get in the way. 

When I woke up the next morning Cora was sound asleep, I remember waking up at 3am seeing her wide awake thinking hard, it was like she wasn't even there in her right mind. Whatever, I dont fucking care. Nina's bed is already made, she's normally up early for her runs. Cora like I said earlier is sleeping at she looks so peaceful, her face is relaxed as well as her body. 

"wow." I said. 

"mm, wow what?" I heard her say. 

Shit. 

"Nothing, go to sleep." I said. 

"Shit its one in the afternoon?" She panicked. 

"Yeah we both overslept except for Nina." Monty said. 

"Shit, get out while I get dressed." She demanded.

Feisty girl, I like it. Tonight we had a dinner party for our parents with their business. I don't know how there careers are related, but we'll just go with it. The party is not for another five hours, should I just tell her? 

"So... My dad and your Dad are throwing a party tonight, they told us to get ready by four." I said. 

"Whatever." She said laying in bed still covering her face. 

It has been hour since I told Cora about our parents celebration party. I already went to the place they told us to go, it is a really fancy restaurant with A mix of old and young rich people. Since when did these parties become so lame? I sighed grabbing some alcohol from a waiter holding a tray of shots passing them out to everyone. 

"Son," Dad said patting my shoulder. 

"Dad." I said drinking my shot.

"Do not ruin this for me," He said coldly.

"Whatever." I said, walking away from him. God I hate that man so much, Nina has fallen under his spell. 

Cora 

I saw Monty walk away from his dad, you could tell they got in a fight about something because he looked really pissed off. I took some alcohol from some waiter while going to the dance floor. There were some really good looking Italian people dancing. One guy came up and grabbed my hips I was very weirded out because no one and I mean no one has ever danced with me. I swayed my hips with the song as well as the guy behind me. During the middle of the song I saw Nina dancing with two guys, typical Nina. Monty was dancing with some Italian redhead chick and when he saw me looking at him, he made eye contact with me. I quickly looked away from him and turned around facing the italian person dancing behind me. 

He had very dark, curly hair and had green eyes. His skin is very light and his teeth are perfectly straight, he looked like he worked out seven days a week, if only Nina could see this. As I felt Monty stare at me I kissed the stranger. It felt so perfect until he was grabbing my ass, what the hell? 

"Get off of me!" I shouted breaking apart our kiss. 

He still kept kissing me and grabbing my ass, Monty immediately saw and punched the dude in the face. I groaned and walked away frustrated. 

"Being a slut at this hour," The guy said 

"You're the slut dickwad." I said. Monty looked very shocked and stunned by what I said but I didn't care.I went back into the party excusing myself to use the bathroom, I didn't want to be there anymore. 

I went back to the hotel room and sat there, I was really dumb tonight thinking I could make Monty jealous. No wonder why I am a whore and get bullied. I heard the door open as I wiped away one of my tears falling from my eyes. 

It was... Monty? What the hell is he doing here? 

"What do you want?" I asked harshly. 

"Just checking up on you," He said. 

"I don't need your opinions on me, so you can leave." I said. 

"Well tonight proved that you do stupid things to try to get at me." He said. 

"To get at you? Please, you're the one always bullying me everyday for all of my life. God Monty how long have I known you." I said. 

"You really don't remember do you?" He asked.

Remember what? 

Present time

"Hey, how was your trip?" Aidan asked.

"I don't even want to talk about it." I said. 

"Okay, well let's go to class." Aidan said. 

This Monday was not going to be good. Remember what? From what I can remember Monty has said really cruel things to me, maybe I forgot what happened because I don't remember why he hates me so much.
