"I'm in love with Nina," Theo said. 

I stared at him in disbelief, no wonder why Nina has been acting weird and out of it lately. No wonder why everyone has been keeping secrets. Am I really the only one who didn't know anything this entire time?

"Why?" I asked looking towards the sky. 

"I really did like you Cora, I'm just in love with Nina," He said reminding me all over. 

"I heard you," I said. 

"I'm sorry," I know he meant it, but I could not believe it. 

No wonder Monty was pissed off too, why does this always happen to me? Why do I fall for the wrong guys? 

"Fucking hell," I said walking away. 

"Cora, Wait... I wanted to tell you but was afraid for Nina," He said. 

"I don't want to hear anything else from you," I said. 

I was walking back home and heading to Nina's house. I wanted to talk to her and ask why she lied to me. So much is at stake. Who can I trust? When I got home I changed into my hoodie and sweatpants and headed over to her house. 

Once I got to her house Monty answered the door.

"Why are you here?" He asked.

"To see Nina," I said. 

"NINA!" He yelled. 

"WHAT?!" She yelled back.

"CORA IS HERE FOR YOU!" He yelled.

"COMING," She yelled. 

When I saw her I gave her the dirty eye, she instantly knew I was mad. 

"What's wrong?" She asked.

"Don't play innocent, I thought you were my friend, I guess thats too good to be true," I said. 

"Cora, I am so sorry I didn't tell you," She said. 

"I don't want to talk to you anymore, I can't believe you would do this," I said with tears in my eyes. 

I started running back to my house to crawl in my bed and never come out. 

I didn't want to go to school, so I stayed home. Dad left for work as usual so he never sees me. I heard the doorbell ring. 

"COMING!" I yelled.

Looks like Aidan was back from his trip. God I missed him. 

"Nina told me," He said. "Hon, I am so sorry," He said. 

"Me too, I thought she was my friend," I said. 

Aidan brought some snacks, and movies to watch. This is why Aidan is my best friend because he knows what to do at the right time. When the movie was over I groaned and it was already four o'clock. 

"Aidan, thanks for being here." I said hugging him.

"No worries," He said. 

"You sure you cant stay the night?" I asked.

"Sweetie, you're my best friend and you need some time to heal," He said truthfully. 

"Bye Aid," I said. 

"Bye C," He said shutting my door.

Can this day get any worse?

Why did I jinx myself of course it has. Monty fucking Jensen was standing in my fucking doorway. 

"Can I come in?" He asked.

"No," I said. 

"I'm coming in anways," He said. 

"Whatever," I said. 

"Nina feels really bad, she locked herself in her room and wont let anyone in," He said. 

"Not my problem," I groaned.

"But it is," He said.

"How when she lied?" I asked.

"Not her fault, I told you Theo is NOT a good person," He said.

"And you are?" I asked.

"I'm sorry for what I did and said to you," He said.

"Sure you are," 

"I am,"

"Please leave Monty," I said. 

"Not until you fix Nina," He said.

"Me fix Nina, She stabbed me in my fucking back," I said.

"True, but you know she is your best friend," He said.

"Was," 

"Please just try to figure something out," He said.

"Can't promise anything," 

"Well try," 

"Please, Monty." I said. 

"Come talk to Nina and I'll leave you alone," He said.

"Fine, but not today." I said. 

He nodded and left. Finally I have some peace and quiet to think about things, It's going to take a lot to forgive someone who has done you wrong. I will forgive, but never forget...
