"So, are you ready to be a tourist?" Asking him. I came to get him in the parking area outside Punahou gym.
"Just don't be a terrible tour guide, please! I wanna enjoy the Island." He teased, a playful smile on his lips so I rolled my eyes on him. He chuckled.
"Oh come on, I'm the best guide you can ever have. Jack of all trades- a guide, a free of charge driver and oh I think I'm a fan, well, as of yesterday."
Today, I'm going to give him a tour around the Island. Yeah, we're friends now. I think so. Kidding aside, yeah we are. We're heading out to north shore and show him the best of the Island.
"I saw you play yesterday by the way." I offered the knowledge. I just happened to dropped by with my friend because she wanted to see the "game" and I saw him. We stayed for a couple of minutes. He's good. Really played well.
"Really now?" Surprised voice hinted, he faced me.
"Yeah, you guys are good against UH too bad your team lost To them. But That dunk was so, wow!" Yeah, I witnessed his dunk and yeah, my friend went crazy.
"Uhh Thanks for watching. Wait...what?... You went to watch our game?" He said it, a little too loud. "No, no, you're attending Punahou isn't it? Oh man, I was right!"
I was laughing while driving. "Nah-uhh, I'm not telling you.."
"You are so attending that school, and how come you didn't approach me.?"
"Ahm..." because the others are already talking to you.
"Wow! Come on now Beatriz, show me yourself next time will you?"
"There's no next time.."
"You little witch, we have a game tomorrow can you watch?"
I smiled while concentrating, "Nahh, I'm sorry I cannot. I have work tomorrow. I switched my schedule for the next day."
He pouted, I saw him when I side glanced for a little while, "Can you stop?"
"Stop what?" He asked, I can sensed a smile in his voice.
"Psh, nothing!"
"HAHAHAHAH!!"
"You are so weird!"
"So I've been told!" Too much confidence, nice haha.
"Fine I uhh, I can go and get you after my work...are you guys ... but it's fine if not...."
"I would love to go out with you Beatriz!" He said, cutting me off. Really testing my patience.
"Now that's not the answer I'm expecting...."
"What? You are asking me out so yeah, I'd love to."
"Hey, it's nothing like that... I was just..."
