"Oh my gosh! Are you feeling okay? Do you need anything?" Yeosang got completely squished by his mother's arms, while she was petting his head and asking a thousand questions at once. "I'm fine, eomma. Stop worrying", he tried to get her off, but she just squished him even more. She only let go, when a nurse came in to check up on the hurt boy's wounds. "I think you can go home today after the doctor did a final check-up on you", she informed them with a friendly smile.
"We're gonna take you with us to Incheon", Yeosang's mother stated. But he shook his head no: "I will stay here. Wooyoung will take good care of me, right?" He looked at Wooyoung who nodded vigorously. "And if you don't trust him enough Junsang can stay with us for a few days and make sure I'm okay." Yeosang looked at his older brother to get a confirmation that the taller boy was okay with that suggestion. "I guess I can stay for a while", said boy shrugged, "I'm on holiday anyway and we haven't seen each other in a while. It will be nice to catch up a little." Mrs. Kang nodded hesitantly: "Okay. But you have to call me every day and tell me how you are!" The three young men nodded as an answer, hoping she would finally let it be. And she did.
They started packing up the few things Yeosang had in his hospital room for the couple of days he had to stay. Then they waited for the doctor to come in and officially release Yeosang from the hospital. "You can be glad that you only got a slight concussion, a broken rib and a few heavy bruises. It could have ended way worse", the doctor said after checking Yeosang's vitals and shining a light into his eyes, "You can go home. But you need to be careful. Stay in bed as much as possible, drink at least two litres of water every day and stay away from alcohol, caffeine and nicotine until next week."
Yeosang was guided to the car by his best friend, while his brother carried his luggage. He was almost seated, when Mrs. Kang tackled him into one last hug. "Make sure you get well soon", she told him before finally releasing him into the care of his best friend and his brother.
