"Sori, my noona, is throwing a party and she said I could invite whoever I want", San beamed as he was sitting at the lunch-table with Seonghwa, Yeosang, Wooyoung and Hongjoong. The five of them had been eating lunch together almost every day for the last few weeks and they had gotten pretty close by now. Except Seonghwa of course. He pretended like the others weren't even there and only exchanged a few words with San every once in a while. Yeosang had gotten more and more curious. The boy was hiding something and Yeosang would love to know what it was. He had already googled the older and found out that he was the second son of one of the owners of "KiPa" one of the leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry, that was founded by Seonghwa's father, Park Byungchul, and his partner Kim Sanghoon.

"Yeosang? What about you?" Yeosang looked up. He was so lost in his thoughts, that he didn't get anything of what San had said. "Sorry. My mind was somewhere else. What did you say?" "I said I'm allowed to invite whoever I want to my sister's party and that I want all of you guys to come. Are you in?", San repeated patiently. "I'm not the biggest fan of parties, but sure." Yeosang shrugged. "Yayy! Everyone's coming", San clapped his hand happily. "I'm not coming", Seonghwa interrupted his happy dance. "Why not?", San pouted cutely. "You know what I think about parties." "Hyuunng~", San tried it again with aegyo. It always worked with Seonghwa. He wasn't nearly as cold as it seemed and secretly loved cute things.

"Okay", he sighed in defeat, "I'll be there for a while" "Yay!" San continued his happy dance, receiving some strange looks from students on the other tables. "It's Friday evening at my sister's new house. I'll send the address to our groupchat later", San said, before the bell was heard, indicating that they should head to class.

Given that none of his friends shared his next class, Yeosang had to make his way there alone. After turning a few corners he almost bumped into someone. "I'm sorry", he said and looked up. His eyes met the ones of someone he really didn't want to see right now, Jongho. But contrary to his expectations he looked at him worried, rather than hateful like usual. "Go! Quick, before they're here", he whisper-shouted and gently pushed Yeosang forward. The confused boy complied and ran away as quickly and quietly as he could manage.

He didn't completely realize what had happened until he was sat in his chair in his geography class. And then it hit him. Choi Jongho, one of his bullies and Mingi's best friend had just saved him from another beating. Maybe Hongjoong was right and he wasn't actually that bad.
