*Jasey's POV*

Every morning I've been riding Loki to wherever he takes me so I can see the sunrise. Every time, Nic freaks out because he forgets about it. So he ends up finding me and watching sunrise with me. I miss the guys. Chris, Ricky, Michael, Josh... Especially Josh. I can't wait to go home. I enjoy the tour life, but I've been enjoying life at home as well.

My phone began to ring in my pocket so I took it out and on the caller ID it read "Chris" I smiled to myself and clicked answer.

"I was just thinking about you. What's up?" I said.

"Wow, that's weird. Because that's why I called you. Because I miss your tiny self and awesome personality. When are you coming home?" He said. I could hear other people in the background.

"I want to come home now, but I don't want to hurt Nic's feelings. I miss you guys so much. I love touring, I do. But I've grown to love life at home too. Being away from you guys makes me so sad. Nic makes me happy, but no one else does. I do want to meet Max Green though and that's why I've wanted to stick around." I said, sounding super sad without meaning to.

"Well you know. I happen to be in town where you guys are. I could talk to Nic about taking you back home so you don't have to feel bad." He said.

"You would do that?" I asked.

"Of course. Nic will understand. He's one of your bestfriends. No matter if you left the tour or not, he would still love you. He might be a bit worried that something happened and that's why you left, but he will always love you." He said. I knew he was smiling on the other end of the phone.

"Alright. Come get me. And please talk to Nic." I said, already putting some of my things in my bag.

"Alright, I'm not too far away, so I'll be there in a few minutes. What's your room number?" He said. I could hear the sound of his car start and two doors open and close, maybe three.

"I'm in room 516, top floor. Nic's room is right next door." I said.

"Okay, I'll be there soon." He said and hung up.

I put my phone down on the desk and grabbed my laptop, putting in my bag along with the charger. I smiled to myself, knowing I get to go home within the next hour or so. I hated the fact that I would be leaving Nic. But Chris is right, he's my bestfriend and he'll understand.

I laid down after I put all my things in my bag. I set my phone down on the night stand beside the bed. Chris isn't here yet, and I don't know when he will be. But I didn't sleep well last night, so I'm gonna take a nap.

*Chris's POV*

I got to the hotel and walked in. Taking the elevator to the top floor and going to Nic's room. I knocked first and then just walked in. "Hey man! How are you?" He said as he saw me. "I'm good. How's tour?" I asked. "It's going good so far. I think something's wrong with Jasey. I've noticed that her sleeping isn't so well." He said. "That's actually why I'm here." I said and continued on about what I told Jasey I would do.

I walked into the door that goes into Jasey's room and smiled when I saw her sleeping. She's adorable when she sleeps. "I'll take her bag down for you, you carry her and take her phone." Nic said behind me. I walked over and picked her up in my arms and walked out the door that was opened by another band member of Get Scared.

She slept half the entire way home. Which is understandable since she hasn't been sleeping well. Ricky is sitting in the back with Jasey, her head in his lap for comfort. He too is asleep with his head against the car door. The horses are in the trailer hooked up to my car. It's not a car car, but it's not a truck. So it's like an SUV type of car. But it's a Cadillac, so that's what counts.

"Chris?" She said as she woke up. Clearly confused on where she is. "Yep. It's me. You're in my car and we are half way back home." I said. "Oh god. I didn't get to say goodbye to Nic. God I'm a horrible friend." She said, putting her head in her hands. "It's okay, Jas.(Jace) He told me to tell you not to worry. To just get some sleep and call him when we get home. Stop freakin out." I said, giving her hand a reassuring squeeze.

"Oh shit. Jesus christ!" She quietly screamed. I'm assuming since she noticed Ricky back there with her. "Hey Rick! Wake up!" I yelled, slapping his leg. "Ow! What the fuck, man?" He yelled back. "Jasey is awake if you car to talk with her and entertain her the next 12 hours." I said.

The rest of the way home went quickly. Ricky, Jasey, and I talked and laughed most of the time. We made one stop to get something to eat, but then we got right back on the road and now we're pulling into the driveway of Josh's house.

Josh walks out the front door, Thunder on his heals as he walks to my window. "Hey man, what are you doing here?" He asks as I put my truck into park. "And what's the trailer for? I thought we didn't need one until Jasey got back home." He said as we walked into his house. I planned on not telling Josh about Jasey coming home this soon. I mentioned I would be bringing her home soon, but not this soon.

*Ricky's POV*

"Now that they're both inside, you can get out now. It's all supposed to be a surprise. That's why I had your phone for the majority of the ride. I bet you didn't even notice." I said as I waved her phone in my hand. "You guys are such horrible, yet amazing friends. And somehow, I still find reasons to love you guys like nothing bad ever happened. Thanks, Ricky. You're my favorite bestfriend. Don't tell anyone. I don't want the others to be jealous." She said as she kissed my cheek and quietly got out of the truck. I smiled and got out with her.

We walked around back and went inside through the back door. Thunder was there but Jasey got her to quiet down before anyone knew anything. Josh was sitting on the couch with his back to us and Chris was facing our way. I leaned against the wall quietly as Jasey slowly walked up behind Josh and gently put her hands over his eyes. "Guess who?" She asked with a smile on her face. I walked over and sat next to Chris before Jasey took her hands off Josh's face. "Jasey?" He guessed questioningly. "Ding ding ding!" She said in a singing voice. "Oh my god, you're home!" He said as he pulled her over the back of the couch and held her in his lap. "I missed you so much!" He said, burying his face into her neck. "Chris and Ricky wanted to surprise you a little early. Ricky kidnaped my phone until the end of the ride back." She said with a smile, her hands gently placed on both sides of his neck.

After awhile Josh calmed down a bit from the excitement and we all hung out and talked. Jasey told us about Loki and Thor and how her and Loki bonded really quickly. We all listened, smiled, and commented on her stories. There weren't many since she wasn't there long, but she had a few that were worth telling for her.

A few hours later Chris and I left so that Jasey and Josh could have some time together without any interruptions from anyone. We love them together. They're perfect. He is her protector, her safe place. And we all understand that. And we too are part of her safe place. It's nice to know that she can feel safe around us.
