The Night Before

The wedding is tomorrow. I can't believe it's actually happening. Time flew by after the night at the bar with everyone. But I'm so excited. Ash Costello, one of Chris's good friends helped me pick out my dress a few weeks ago and she's the only one who's seen it. I haven't let anyone else see it. But sitting here in my hotel room in my panties and one of Josh's shirts, I can't help but think I'm gonna need help tomorrow morning getting my hair done, my makeup, and all that. I'm gonna have to call someone to help me. Thankfully the hotel people have allowed me to have Thunder up here with me. She's been a great supporter for me.
The dress is absolutely beautiful. It's white with jewels around the top part and then from about mid waist down it goes into a fluffy type of dress. It's gorgeous. I have black heels to go with it as well. I want my hair up, but I just don't know how. I'm texting Ash. I have to have her come help me in the morning.
"Hey Ash! Wanna help me in the morning to get ready? I just need a girl's help. Lol" I sent the text and sat in the window sill. It's beautiful out there. The city lights lighting up the town perfectly. I decided I wanted to go to the roof. So I pulled on a pair of ripped black skinny jeans, my Adiddas shoes, and left with my phone in my pocket and Thunder at my heels. She wasn't gonna let me leave on my own.
Before I went to the roof, I stopped at someone's door and knocked. A very sleepy Ricky opened the door.
"Hey, what are you doing up so late? The wedding is tomorrow, you should be getting sleep." He said, Josh sitting up in his bed. They're sharing a room.
"Just put on some pants and get the others. Meet me on the roof." I said before kissing his cheek and smiling as I walked towards the stairs to the roof.

I got to the roof and leaned against half wall, looking out at all the city lights. Thunder sat at my feet facing the door.

A few minutes later I heard the door open and footsteps getting closer to me. I felt a warm pair of arms wrap around my waist and a head rest on my shoulder.
"You know it's bad luck for the groom to see his bride the night before their wedding, dork." Josh said in my ear. I giggled slightly and turned around to face him.
"I have something to say to all of you. That has to be in person. So if that brings me bad luck, then so be it. We're all going to hell anyways." I said and they laughed.
"So what's on your mind, munchkin?" Chris asked from the back.
"I just want to thank all of you.." I began.
"There's no need to thank us, we're here because we love you. Nothing will change that." Nic said from my right.
"But I do. Because without all of you, I wouldn't even be here. Especially Josh here. But I'm saving my speech for him for tomorrow. Because it's very long and will make him cry like a pussy ass bitch." I said, looking over at him as he elbowed me.
"I don't cry. We know this. But if I do cry tomorrow, even if it's just a tear, I'll get you another dog." He said, kissing my head.
"Anyways. I want to thank all of you because you simply existing for the longest time, was what made me stay alive. Before I actually met all of you. Tony, you've been there for me since I was about 12 or younger. We've been bestfriends since like forever. Sure we had that time when I was super pissed off at you because of a certain incident. But that's in the past now. Nic, you're an amazing friend. You fucking got me two horses. You're fucking great. Because who does that?" I said and everyone laughed. He smiled brightly though. "All of you simply existing is the greatest thing life could give me. Chris, you're the tallest person I know. And the most scary, yet super sweet person I know. All of you are my family and I couldn't have chose a better family. Because if I did get to choose, I'd pick all of you. Luke, Ashton, and Calum, you guys are the most crazy people I know. Flaunting around your butts on FaceTime every day to each other, posting tweets about the most dumbest shit. It's ridiculous, but I love it. Vic, Jaime, and Mike, you guys have been there almost as long as Tony. You guys basically made me a member of the band before the first tour. Because you all knew that with Tony, came me. Because him and I are a package deal. You can't just have one. Alex and Jack, you crazy fuckin loons, I love you guys so much. Studio days with you guys is always so much fun. House Party Tour was the fucking greatest. I bet Baz and Peyton miss me. I haven't seen them in awhile. I need to come visit the dogs someday, Alex. I've stolen so many shirts from all of you and I'm sure none of you even noticed except for Tony and Josh since I've lived with them. It's my way of being able to be with every single one of you every other day or so. Now for my last little speech. Michael Clifford. You're my bestfriend. Nothing will change that. We got in that accident and it's like it only made us closer. I know we don't spend enough time together, but at least we talk a lot. It'll be one crazy tour, but every band here should go on a tour together. Talk about genre confusion for some people. And Josh. Your speech is saved for tomorrow. And I promise. You will cry like a pussy ass bitch." I finished and smiled at everyone.
"I'm not gonna cry. It won't happen." Josh protested.
"Yes you will, don't lie." Chris said as he walked up to me. "Come here, little one." He said as he pulled me into a hug. "I love you, you know that? Nothing will change that. There's really no need to thank me for it. Because even as a fan, I would love you to the ends of this earth. But given the fact that I know you for you and I actually know you, I love you to the ends of this earth and more. I'm always gonna be here for you. You're the greatest sister I could've ever asked for. And fortunately, I didn't have to ask for you. You just sort of appeared on the tour bus one day. Or technically I appeared on the tour bus. Either way, from that day on, you've been my sister. That won't ever change. Promise." He said and kissed the top of my head. A tear rolled down my cheek and he wiped it away. "Save those for tomorrow." He whispered before he smiled and turned to Josh.
"The second you say "I do" to her, you bet your ass I'm gonna keep an eye on you two. If you do anything to hurt her, you know I'll kick your ass." He said.
"Woah, save the speech for tomorrow. You're speaking anyways." Josh laughed. I smiled at them and looked out at everyone. I smiled at Tony who was smiling at me.
"Hey you." Tony said as I approached him.
"Hi." I said.
"You're nervous aren't you?" He asked, Jaime appearing beside him.
"A little." I admitted.
"You'll do fine. Tomorrow is all about you and Josh. No one else. Don't throw up on yourself, and everything will be fine." He joked. "But seriously. You'll do just fine. I know you can do it." He added, kissing my forehead and hugged me.
"Yea, you'll be alright. Just get some rest tonight and you'll be fine. Everything will be perfect tomorrow." Jaime said, rubbing my shoulder. "Thanks, guys." I said and kissed their cheeks.
I looked around and found blue eyes watching me. I smiled. It's Luke. I walked over to him and stopped right in front of him. "Hey" I said.
"I'm so happy for you, Jasey. I don't think you realize just how much." He said, pulling me into a hug.
"Sure I may still be in love with you, but seeing you so happy and in love with Josh, I'm not sure how it all works, but it just makes me happy to see you happy. I guess it's kind of like an imprint thing. Whatever you need me to be, I'll be it. Brother, friend, protector, I'm there. All I care about is that you're happy." He said. I smiled. I didn't want him to be uncomfortable being here because of that. But knowing now exactly how it is for him, makes everything so much better for me.
"I'm just glad that you stuck around. I didn't want to lose your friendship at all after everything." I said into his chest. "Never. You would never lose that." He reassured me.
I talked to a few more people and then sat down, setting my head down on the table. I don't know where I got this hoodie, but it smells like Josh. And I really like it. I was just wide awake a few minutes ago, but now I can't seem to keep my eyes open.

*Josh's POV*
I looked around for Jasey and didn't see her. Until someone moved that is. I could just barely see her wrist tattoo peeking through the sleeve of my hoodie that she's wearing. I walked over and chucked when I realized she fell asleep. Thunder laying at her feet.
"Hey girl, show me to your room. Can you do that?" I quietly asked Thunder, knowing she would understand me. She quietly barked as she lifted her head and body from the ground. I picked up Jasey's body and followed Thunder to the door. I told Chris where I was going and he nodded.
Thunder led me through a few hallways before she stopped at a door. I had previously felt the keycard in her pocket earlier, so I pulled it from her pocket and unlocked her door. Carefully, I set her down on the bed, taking her jeans off so when she woke up she wouldn't be uncomfortable. I know I shouldn't, but I can't resist. Looks like I'll have more bad luck.
I laid down beside Jasey and pulled the blanket over the two of us, Thunder taking her spot at the foot of the bed. I slipped my arm around Jasey's waist and pulled her close. I let out a deep breath and closed my eyes, letting sleep take over.
