First Kiss: Zion

 (Authors note: I just completed Harry's ending and the good ending.

Anyways, sorry this is one day later than I promised, school is keeping me on the grind)

 Setting: It's after the apocalypse. You and all five of the boys managed to live. All of them have helplessly fallen for you. You are all in your senior year, except for Eugene, who is still a Junior. Now, you must choose who you love.   

You're scribbling notes into your notebook quickly as the teacher wraps up his lesson. This is a honors(Advanced) science class. In this class, you'd expect to see someone like Harry or Lawrence. But the one person you know in this class is the last you'd expect. 

It's Zion.

Sure, Zion is smart, but you never expected him to have book smarts. he always seemed to be the street smart kind of guy, but then again, its possible to be wrong about people.

In this class, you were not assigned seats. Naturally, Zion and you sit together, being friends and all.

Lately though, you noted something about Zion. Something you considered strange.

He seems love struck.

He cannot stop staring into space and he has this adorable grin on his face. At one point, you're sure you even saw him drawing hearts in his notebook. Originally, you thought he was acting this way because of Scarlett. But... she abandoned the whole group. Once school started back, she abandoned everyone from the apocalypse and went to a new, bitchy friend group. This, however, was not something you were upset about. In fact, quite the contrary. You're happy she's out of everyone's lives now. You never truly understood why she was so toxic to you, even after the apocalypse she acted this way.. you truly believed it would get better, but it just didn't.

Suddenly, a piercing sound that makes you shiver every time rang through the halls. It snapped Zion out of his trance as well, he jolted a little bit like you. You both hate the sound of a school bell after the Apocalypse and what Lawrence did. But, alas, you both ended up forgiving him and he seems to be okay now... he's not on the best term with the guys for some reason (Lawrence is a jealous h-h-h-oeeee) but he's not on awful terms with them so... that's a start!

You and Zion both get up, he helps you with you books and you help him straighten his tie.

Zion blushed every time you do that. He might not admit it but he likes it when you do little things like that.

"So, what did you make on the science test, Zion?" You ask.

"Oh... I got a 85!" he says with tremendous pride- he likes to impress you. "How about you? What'd you get?"

Seeing the prideful look on his face, you didn't want to hurt him- butttttt he sure does love some competition.

"Ah, I got a 95"  You say, winking.

"Awwwwwwww, what?!" He looks sort of disappointed and sad.

"What's wrong, Zizi?"

"I wanted to beat you this ti-... did you just call me Zizi??" He asked, blushing.

"U-urm.. Maybeeeee"

"Oh...well... what were we talking about again?"

You make him so disoriented lately. Surprisingly, you never really out the pieces together until this moment. You were not completely sure, but all signs show positive as you come to the conclusion.

Zion loves you

At lunch, you two sit alone at the back table like usual. 

As you're about to take a bite of your sub, you feel a slight nudge on your shoulder. It was Zion, of course, but... he was holding a Pocky stick. You felt your cheeks get warm. Zion grinned and put the bread side in his mouth. He didn't expect you to bite onto the other end but to his shock you did. He blushed some and God was his blush hot. You nibbled a little forwards and so did Zion. Zion was convincing himself you two would not kiss at this moment but you were convincing yourself you two were so going to kiss.

The closer you got, the more your palms seemed to sweat and you felt highly impatient. Suddenly, at the same time, you and Zion both rushed towards each others lips, the Pocky stick completely disappearing it seemed. 

After a few seconds of a sweet and passionate kiss, you both pull away.

Zion grinned some

"Haha, I knew I could do it!" He exclaimed, pridefully.

You smile and give him another kiss on the cheek, instantly making him flustered. You two have grown so much trust over the past months- he's so much more open. You hope to see this particular side of him more often though.

"i know this is  probably obvious but like.. are we a thing now?" Zion asks.

"Well, I guess I'd break your heart if I said no soooooo... sure, we can be a thing~" You winked again, teasing him.

Zion grinned that cocky grin of his and held your hand. You knew he'd get you back for all this teasing later.
