When The Guys are Sad </3

(Authors Note: Yo, guys. I'm so sorry this has taken so long to get out. Sadly, recently my brother has been in intensive care in the hospital and he's been all I've been able to think about. Thankfully, he's getting better and I can finally get something out to you guys. Anyways, thanks for sticking with me and taking the time to read this note <3)

ETHAN:

He mopes around all day. his productivity plummets and he tends to sleep more. Usually, what causes the sadness is missing his family and the way life used to be. he's give anything just to swing his bat at a baseball, not a flesh-hungry zombie.

Usually, when he feels this way, you'll make your way into his room. A few soft and loving words are exchanged before you crawl onto the floor with him and cuddle him. Usually, whenever the two of you would sleep together he would be the big spoon. But on depressive days such as these, you hug him from behind and make sure to whisper occasional "I love yous"

Sometimes you don;t know if he hears them or not but Ethan holds onto every single word. You're his rock.

LAWRENCE:

He is exceptionally good at putting on the act that he's fine, or even more impressively cheerful. He'll usually be a little less productive and his mind will wonder in meetings. Usually, what makes him sad is lack of attention from you. His sadness revolves around jealousy most of the time.

When Lawrence is sad, at the end of the night-watches, you'll walk with him around the school, holding his hand and looking t each other in the eyes. it usually perks him up immediately, but sometimes the two of you end up going back to his classroom and sleeping together. And by sometimes, I mean a lot. He'll usually hold you close, "protecting" you from the other fellows that he secretly despises at times.

ZION:

 When Zion is upset he tends to lose his demeanor completely. his cocky grin will be no where in sight and his piercing golden eyes will be all that you see. When he's sad, he usually plays it off as anger- he gets so sad it makes him angry. Usually, what sparks this is thinking about the past. What he could have done differently and where that could have gotten him before this mess.

When Zion feels like this you sit right by his side. Most of the time, neither of you will say a word except for an occasional grunt from Zion. This will go on for about a hour until he'll mumble a "thank you" for being there for him and you softly smile back and say "No problem" or "i'm here for you". After that, the two of you will hug and act like it never happened because Zion prefers to ignore his sad moments because he finds they damage his pride tremendously. 

Eugene:

Usually, when Eugene is sad he'll make sure everyone knows. He'll have his head down, mask on and whenever someone asks him if he's okay, he'll pout and turn away. This will go on for awhile until he finally wants to say what's the matter. usually, the sadness spawns from him thinking about his hopes and dreams he may not get to complete due to the apocalypse. 

When Eugene is sad, he'll call you into his room and make you sits on the floor. he will then lay on our thighs, maybe cry if the sadness is overwhelming, but usually he'll just res there whilst you play with his hair. Once you cheer him up, the two of you will look through the kaleidoscope you gifted him. 

HARRY:

 Usually, Harry is sad in general. Things get to him very easily but due to all the walls he puts up around his heart along with emotional barriers, he can keep all of it in. His sadness is caused by multiple things. Thinking bout his father, thinking about his mother, thinking of the unavoidable death that is sure to come before the end of the apocalypse.

When Harry is sad you always come to his room after the last meeting of the night. You'll lie on the floor with him. he will hug your waist while you hug his neck. You'll get him to talk about hi emotions and problems, letting him get his emotional baggage of of his chest. Every once in a blue moon, he will start to cry. It absolutely breaks your heart but those tears have been held back for so long, he needed to get them out.

JUDY:

Like Zion, Judy loses her usual personality. She tries to be upbeat and have a good time but nothing she tries works. Usually, what makes Judy sad is the thought that you could be hurting, or something happened to you while out on a mission. You two were "wives" after all.

To cheer Judy up, you'd do something incredibly stupid. This would make Judy's eyes light up with joy. Judy loves seeing your silly side even more than she did ever before. it reminded her of the good time before the apocalypse that she always wanted to have back but she knew the chances of getting their world back was slim. After she felt better, the two of you would either go to sleep with her as the big spoon or the two of you would dance to a melody that was in your own head.

(If you guys would like me to add anymore character routes, just tell me. And tell me what character you want too. I've been thinking about adding Jay and Sue but I still have no idea lmaooooo. Anyways, I hope this was worth the wait.)
