First Kiss : Ethan

(Author Note: Since I have not completed many endings, idk if any kissing happens but this is just an AU so nekrvjernlnaelncl)

(Another Authors Note: i feel like later imma have to change a lot of stuff i write about Lawrence. From the stuff i've seen and heard about him... I dont like him lmao)

Setting: It's after the apocalypse. You and all five of the boys managed to live. All of them have helplessly fallen for you. You are all in your senior year, except for Eugene, who is still a Junior. Now, you must choose who you love. 

~~ETHANS "ROUTE"~~

You turn in your work for your math class right as the final bell of the day rings. You shyly walk over to your backpack, you glance up and see the two friends you have that class with staring at you- Zion and Ethan. You smile and wave at them. Zion has a cocky grin and Ethan lightly blushes and looks down. 

Some thing has seemed to be so off with all of the guys lately. They've all been blushing more when you're around and anything you do they stare like puppies, like you were waving a treat at them. You all were only 5 months into your last yer of highschool- except for Eugene, who is a junior.

As you walk out of class you feel someones hand softly caress your shoulder. You turn around and it is Ethan.

"Oh, hey, Ethan." you greet softly. 

He slightly nods then he opens his mouth a little "He, Y/N..."

Hearing him say your name makes your heart flutter. He seems to let down his guard around you and he is a little less quiet.

You've been wanting to make a move on him ever since you two became close in the apocalypse, but alas, you're too shy.

"Uhh... Y/N... I was wondering if you... uh... would like to come home with me and uh... well... hang out or something?"

"Really? i would love that! " You say. smiling- blushing slightly.

You both walk to his place in complete silence, but the conversation could never be any better than this. This conversation is all body language. The way your hands lightly graze each others, the way he occasionally makes eye contact with you. Your heart races and you begin to feel nervous.

Is this the day you will shoot your shot?

Is this it?

You both sit down. it's silent for a good 5 minutes. You feel the weight on the other side of the couch getting heavier- he's moving closer to you. Right as his hand is about to meet yours, a loud boom sounds. You jump a little and so does he. 

You get up and look out of the window.

"Ethan, it's raining."

"Huh... Oh yeah! i remember the weatherman saying something about a thunderstorm that's last until Saturday morning... I didn't know it's come so soon on Friday though..."

"it's not suppose to clear til morning?" You ask

"Yup... it's too dangerous for you to walk home in this. You could get sick... or worse-"

"Ethan... it's okay. Don;t jump to any conclusions..." You tell him softly, smiling a little.

"Well... what I was getting at was.... stay here." Ethan insisted. 

You nodded a little-

was this a dream come true? Spending the night? With your crush?! This was crazy to you.

You look down and notice you're still in our slightly uncomfortable uniform.

"Ethan... do you have and clothes i can use?"

"Oh...uh... yeah. Hold on."

About five minutes later. he came back with one of his baseball jerseys- it was a loose fit on him so it should make a short nightgown for you.

"I couldn't find any pants-"

"No, no... this should cover me as long as i don;t do anything crazy... haha"

He blushed and looked to the side, clearing his throat.

You went to the bathroom and change after Ethan directed you there he changed in his room.

You walk back to his room, feeling a little shy in his over sized shirt. You open the door- but you forgot to knock. Ethan was shirtless but he had sweatpants on now. 

You blushed intensely, as did Ethan. 

"I-I'm sorry!"

"No... it's okay." he replies, slipping on a jersey, similar to yours.

You two lean back on his bed and decide to watch some TV. You two agree on the movie "Aqua-Man"

As it got lter into the night, you felt something on your shoulder, you look over and it's his head. He's dozing off it seems. You gently ruffle his hair and his eyes open a little.

"Whoops... How long have I been-?"

"Less than 15 seconds" You chuckle.

"Y/N..." he says, holding your hands in his.

"i have something to tell you, Y/N. Well... I've had these feelings for a long time and...uh... basically... I love you. i love you,Y/N. Every since the day I met you."

His confession was so heartfelt. 

You smiled and looked him in the eyes.

"i feel... I feel the same way, Ethan!"

You outstretch your arms, expecting a hug when suddenly you feel pressure against your lips. You feel his weight on top of you as the two of you kiss. 

When he pulled away he slightly smirked at you.

You sat up, a little disoriented by the pleasure but you were happy none the less. 

The rest of the night, you two exchanged kisses and ended up cuddling under his warm blankets.

"I love you, Y/N..."

"I love you too, Ethan"
