Jack climbed the beanstalk,
Hoping for gold.
Instead he found a haystack,
A horse's abode.Jack stayed for a while,
For the horses loved him.
He took a moment to smile,
Ignoring the disappointment in him.Where was the gold he hoped for?
Where were the jewels he was promised?
Another false door,
Another fake polish.He was mislead,
Gold and jewels were only an illusion.
Caught in a broken thread,
The horses were nothing but a deception. He left,
He didn't look back.
The horses wept,
But Jack was never coming back.
