To all of the places I couldn't take you

When your eyes shown bright in the sunlight.


I tried, I swear I did.

I never wanted to leave you so unrefined,

But now I fear I've squandered everything.

I waited too waited too long.


Take my mistakes and make something of them.

Run into the wind

And do what I could never,

Not even for you.

I sat in front of the headstone. I couldn't move. How could he do this? I never wanted this. I just wanted him to be here. I just wanted him to come home. No sixteen year old should have to endure this, not with out her father.

Before me is his letter that he left for me with his final will and testimony. Below a statement from his banker.

"WHY DID YOU LEAVE?!" I screamed. My sobbing now uncontrollable.

"Why did you have to go?"

"Come home..."

Rain pours down on me.

"Please..."
