Chapter 13

(Iris's POV)

"Huh!? You actually screw around?" The werewolf girl perked up at my offer. Mentally, I rolled my eyes, but I simply nodded in front of her.

"You caught my attention." I leaned in close to the shorter woman with my hands running down the sides of her body. She shivered immediately at my touch, and I could only grin down at her. My hands came down to her waist, and I could already feel the outline of her dick. "Ever since that first night that I came here, you had something special that I wanted to taste." I licked my lips ever so slowly, and this must have taken an effect on the werewolf.

Her tail swayed and her ears were standing tall. Our lips almost connected until I pulled away from her at the last second, thankfully. "Mmm.. I like the sound of that." A faint blush grew onto my face, but I tried to quickly get rid of it. Her sultry voice may or may have not had an effect on me.

"Why don't we go back to your place? I wanna see what this alpha has to offer for an omega." A smirk on my face was all that took to convince this werewolf. The glint in her eyes shined as she took my hand, leading me out into the parking lot.

This girl is one of the suspects on my list that could have participated in kidnapping Rose Chen. Mainly because of her charismatic nature when I walked into Lover's Cavern, and how she insisted that I were to drink on my first arrival.

"I have a car, so you can just direct me to where you live." I took out my keys, showing her my car.

"Fine by me!" The girl immediately jumped into my car, making me smile at how easily naive she was. She may have been older than me by two years, but she acts like a horny teenager. She must not have her own personal pack.

The drive took all the way until the dead night, but I wasn't too worried about it. All of my equipment were in the trunk of the car, and I'm a little worried that she would sniff out what I had. This is a creature with superhuman abilities, but she acts as if she was human. Well, a teenage human that craves for sexual attention every second.

I hope she doesn't find the snake skin in the backseats..

As I expected, the werewolf brought me to a large mansion. Though, it did have a castle kind of look to it. Once the two of us were approaching her home, she stopped the both of us as she wrapped her arms around my waist behind me. She nuzzled up against my shoulder, and I could feel her smile against it.

Looking over my shoulder, her tail was wagging fast and her ears were perked up high. "Ah..! I can't wait!" She finally let go and began to run towards the entrance. Following after her, I kept an eye on the strange girl. There is no possible way that she could easily trust a stranger like this. Then again, I'm just a human, so she has nothing to worry about. Absolutely nothing.

A small goblin opened the door for the werewolf, and the poor thing almost was almost scarred to death when she stomped past it. "Poor thing.." I whispered as I walked past it. My eyes traced the interior of the werewolf's home. It was simple, 'royal' decor for the most part. It didn't really impress me.

My eyes went back to the girl, and she was skipping down the long halls. Now that I thought about it, this place was practically empty. If it were only her in this place, then why have such a large home? Is this girl royalty or something? Was that adorable goblin a servant?

Soon enough, we stopped in front of an enormous door. She grinned wildly at me before opening up the door. She took both of my hands, pulling me inside before kicking the door shut.

Shoving me against a wall, she aimed for my neck, leaving small bite marks. Of course, they wouldn't leave a mark, but if I was not careful, she could try and mark me as hers. Grabbing her shoulder, I pushed her away from me. "Hey.. Slow down a bit." I breathed. "Take me to bed."

Her hands tightened around my slim biceps before blushing hard. When she led me to her bed, she stopped and waited for me to get on first. "Oh, you think I'm going to be on the bottom?" I raised an eyebrow. Smirking, I pulled her waist closer to mine as she slowly leaned down against the mattress. "I'm going to take you for a ride."

As if she was hypnotized by my words, my hands traveled down her body before my right hand reached a small holster on my belt. She wasn't even paying attention as I pulled out a mini tranquilizer gun, pressing it against the side of her body.

Before she knew it, I quickly shot the dart into her. Her eyes widened when I shot her, and for a moment, she was panicking. "What the hell did you--?!" Suddenly, her eyes grew weary as she tried to get up. "Y.. You.." When she did stand up, the werewolf just fell to the ground, falling asleep.

Putting the mini tranquilizer back into the holster, I took a good moment to examine the werewolf. Gently kicking her shoulder, she wasn't moving and was fast asleep. "Well, this should keep her off my back for a few hours." I muttered as I picked her up, placing her onto the bed. "Now.. If I'm correct, Rose Chen is in this mansion."

(Katrina's POV)

"Did you want to come with me into the garden? It is beautiful under the moonlight." I smiled softly as I turned to Rose. She was finishing up dinner, and I leaned back against my seat, sipping on my blood wine.

"Oh, right now?" She looked up at me, swallowing her food. "I mean.. I can." I couldn't help but smile at how adorable she is when she was eating. It's strange on how humans always have to eat food, but I am no one to say anything.

"Then we must go now!" I stood up from my seat, alerting some of the goblins to gather our dishes. "I'm sure Gail would enjoy your presence once again."

For a second, Rose looked confused until she realized who I was talking about. "Oh, the shark woman. She's enormous." She commented, making me nod. Gail is one of the many creatures that lived in this mansion. As those many, she does not enjoy leaving the place. Mainly because there is nothing out there for her. The open ocean is a huge no after Priya and I have took her in to rest her wounds from a terrible disaster.

"She is, but she is very gentle as long as you do not go into the water." Rose and I exited the dining hall and walked down the long hallways.

"Why can't we?"

"Gail can become aggressive and act on instinct when something unfortunate ends up in her dark abyss." I stated. "Even our goblins hate feeding her because they can't throw very well, and their small bodies struggle to carry large portions of food."

"Do you help them?" The human girl questioned.

"They feed her during the daytime, so Priya and I cannot. Reyna, Ivy, and other monsters that live here can help the poor souls, but they do not." A soft sigh escapes my lips. "Gail is good company, so I can say that at least."

Rose slowly nods as we approach the garden. As I mentioned, it was gorgeous. The moonlight shined down onto the white and red roses, and along plenty of other plants. The water was the best part to look at, but Gail wouldn't appreciate us watching her.

I led the human girl towards a rose bush, picking out a flower for her. "I believe this is for you, Rose." She stared at me with a cringed look because of my joke.

"A rose for a girl named Rose." She rolled her eyes playfully, but she took the flower from my grasps. "Thank you, Katrina." A warm smile grew on my face as I watched the moonlight shine on her face. If I had a heart, it would be beating so hard right now.

Slowly, my hand came up to her cheek, caressing it gently with my thumb. The human girl's eyes were locked on me as I leaned in closer. "Rose, I---"
