Nolan threw down the latest issue of Voulez onto the table in front of Emily.
“What’s that?” Emily asked.
“The latest issue of Voulez,” Nolan replied.
Emily picked up the magazine and looked at the front cover. “Why is Victoria on the cover?”
“Because our lovely friend, Margaux LeMarchal scored an exclusive interview with the former queen herself.”
Emily flips through the magazine, searching for the interview. She stops at two full pages. Emily reads out Victoria’s words, printed in big, bold writing on top of the page. “My name is Victoria Grayson. Over the past three years my family was destroyed, the love of my life murdered, my freedom taken away. When everything you love has been stolen from you, someone has to pay. Emily Thorne, I'm coming for you.” Emily’s eyes widened. “She can’t do this.”
“Can’t do what?” Nolan asked
“Expose me,” Emily answered.
“So, what are you going to do?”
“Destroy her before she can destroy me.”
