Date with Shawn Part 2

I saw Shawn lent up against his car, he looked at me and smiled. "You look amazing" he said kissing my cheek. 

"Thank you, so do you" I said as I felt myself going red.

"You ready to go then?" he asked, opening his car door for me. 

I got in and tried to calm myself down, I had gone so red, and I was trying hard not to fan girl. I have dreamed of this day for years but I never thought it would happen. 

"Shawn, where are we going?" I asked, looking at him. 

"You'll see"

"Can't you just tell me"

"No I can't, but I can say you'll love it, I know the kind of food you like so this will be perfect"

"Let me guess you know all of this because you've talked to James"

"No, I asked Brad, Conner, and, Tristan, they know a lot about you and I didn't want James to know because I know he told you that you went allowed to date me, so I didn't want you to get into trouble"

"Aww Shawn that's cute"

Shawn pulled into the parking lot of this really nice Italian restaurant. Shawn ran around and opened the door for me. 

"Thank you" I said smiling, as he held out his arm. I took it as he led me inside. 

The whole time we were in there Shawn was listening to everything I said. Unlike the last person I went on a date with, he only wanted to talk about himself. Being with Shawn, it wasn't like being with a celebrity, it was like being with a normal person. I actually found out a lot about that I didn't know, some things he had never shared with the public. 

After we had finished, Shawn dropped me home. He parked don the road and walked me as close to my house as he could without being seen. 

"Goodnight Cherry" Shawn said, while he still had hold of my hand. 

"Goodnight Shawn" I said, kissing him on the cheek, like he had done to me, before letting go of his hand and walking off towards my house. 

I got in and I saw James run down the stairs. "Finally"

"James, it's 10:30 calm down"

"Still, that's two and a half hours, how long does it take to catch up with an old friend?!"

"I think you answered your own question" I said pushing past him and going to my room to get changed. (external link)

Dear Diary,
I finally went on my date with Shawn and he was so adorable.
He was so nervous, but tried not to let it show.
I'm waiting for the right moment to tell James, but I don't know what me and Shawn are, like are we together? Are we going to get together? I really don't know.
But if I am going to get with Shawn I'm going to wait until we've been together for a while before I tell James, because I don't know how he's going to react. 
I mean he could flip out, well he will flip out, I know that one for a fact.
