so uh there's a 'damn' in here because I feel like 'dang' or 'darn' didn't work right in the sentence so yeah most of the chapters from here on out will have like small bits of cursing because idk the sentences go smoother so yeah(Btw the husband scenarios will probably be PG13+ rated because like dude I HAVE LOTS OF DIRTY JOKES LINED UP FOR IT AND I MIGHT DO sPiCy chapters(not a lemon because I suck(that's not the only thing that sucks-)at writing them lol.)

Gene's Proposal

Gene had taken you to the mall, so here you were, Looking around in the beautiful and wonderful place known as Hot Topic.

"Y/N I swear to Irene if you ask one more time about spending too much money I will throw you over my shoulder and leave without buying anything." Gene glares.

"But Gene-" 

"Just pick out anything you like." He says.

"Fineeee..." You smile at him and continue looking at all the shirts.

After a while, you both were super tired so you decided to leave after paying. You exited the mall and walked down the sidewalks.

"Geneeee, Are you sure you don't want me to help carry the bags?" You smile at him worriedly.

"Y/N, I'm fine," he smirks at you, "You're my girlfriend and I'm taking you out for a nice day."

"I don't what I did to deserve you." You kiss his cheek.

"If I remember correctly, You impressed me." He winks at you, making you all giddy inside.

"Mhm, yeah sure, catching you in a park and threatening to call to the police was so impressing." You smirk back at him.

"It really was." He gives you a genuine smile.

You start walk down the crosswalk when the little box changes to a walking man.

"So what do you want to-" You start to say but Gene suddenly jerks you back, saving you from an oncoming car.

"WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING YOU MOTHERF-"

"GENE THERE IS A KID RIGHT NEXT TO US!" You slap him upside the head with a shaky hand, which was the result of a near death experience.

"You know I was gonna do something special but after that we're using the damn buddy system for the rest of our lives if you agree" He puts a hand inside his backpack and takes out a small red velvet* box.

"Gene...Is that..." You trail off as he opens it and reveals a beautiful engagement ring.

"You wanna use the buddy system for the rest of our lives?" He asks.

"Are you asking me to marry you?" You smile a bit and your face heats up .

"Yes you idiot."

"Then yes!" You smile and grab the back of his neck and pull him down for a kiss.

He smirks against your lips and slides the ring on your finger, then clasps your hand in his.

"Come on, you're not dying today."

This was originally going to be he puts a ring in your hot topic bag or something but that failed so here(I saw a cute prompt)
