People looked at me in a way that I couldn't describe when I said that simple sentence.

It was when I was in kindergarten, The teacher was talking about the red string that would lead us to our soulmate, and how everyone had one.

"Miss? I don't have a red string..." I had said.

"Ah, Are you sure?" The teacher had dashed over to me worriedly.

"Yeah..."

That's when all the kids started snickering, Thinking it was funny that I didn't have a soulmate.

Five year old me took it pretty hard. But after a while, I didn't really care anymore. So now here I am, At the lovely age of seventeen, Sitting in my room watching pimple popping videos at one in the morning while writing.

Was it disgusting? Yep. Did I have the ability to watch something else? Yes, a whole lot of choices. Did I watch something else? Nope.

"Oh my Irene that one squirted..." I cringed and hid my face in my pillow. I shake my head and quickly return to writing my story for the people who somehow thought it was good.

My phone vibrates and I pick up up, Seeing an notification from Wattpad, Telling me a I had a message. I open it up and see someone named mr_charm messaged me.

[Hey! I just wanted to say I love ur story and I was wondering if I could make fanart for it?]

I smile at the message and begin typing.

[Thank you! And yes of course!]

[No problem! Thank you!]

[ :) ]

I put my phone down and continue writing, But my hand is tugged back to my phone.

There was a red string that went through the screen...
