Harry's Inheritance

Malfoy Manour

The next day Harry woke up and smiled excitedly, he was going to the manour today. He quickly hurried out of bed and and got dressesd, putting on the whales large coat last. Gathering his belongings, he was almost skipping in excitement as he made his way toward the fireplace.

He stepped inside, grabbed a handful of powder and tossed it on the floor. Thankfully he didn't make the same mistake as his second year.

"MALFOY MANOUR!"

Bright flashes of light danced across Harry's vision until it stopped abruptly, he was now standing in a large hall  with a shining marble floor. Many portraits adorned the walls, each held a blonde aristocratic looking person.

Suddenly the door to his right opened and a head peeked through the crack.

"Hello, is anyone there? I thought I heard- Harry?!"

Harry swallowed and nodded nervously. Draco's face turned into one of shock. The door was pushed fully open and Harry flinched as Draco strode forward and grabbed his shoulders.

"You look so different, what happened?"

"Please let go it hurts!" Harry cried out.

The tight grip on his shoulders stopped immediately and instead it was replaced by Draco's concerned face. "That filthy muggle beat you again didn't he?! I told you to owl me if it started again!"

"Sorry, I'm so sorry I thought I could handle it!" Tears now rolled down Harry's cheeks freely but they were swiftly wiped away by Draco's thumb.

"Don't cry I'm not angry at you, just those stupid muggles"

Draco gently hugged Harry but his movements faltered as he felt the new additions to his back. Harry sighed, snuggling his face between the blondes neck and shoulder.

"Creature inheritance" he mumbles as he took of the large piece of clothing. Draco was silent, gazing at the others wings. He hesitantly reached out each and gently stoked one of the wings. Harry shivered and his face began to flush.

"D-Don't do that they're sensitive! "

Draco snapped out of his trance and looked away in embarrassment.  "I'm sorry but they're just so beautiful! Anyway we should carry on this conversation somewhere else".
