For the night I slept in Meghan's room but in the morning the house silent with deadness.
I made my way to the kitchen and turned on the stove to make some eggs.
"Hey." a voice said quietly coming up behind me
I didn't respond I just moved and got the eggs from the fridge
"I'm sorry." he spoke
I coughed.
I made my way to the stove and cracked an egg
"We have to plan a raid now that your the secondhand boss." he continued
"When did that happen." I said plainly not meeting his eyes staring into the sizzling pan
"Hey. Look at me." he said softly grabbing my face lightly making me meet his eyes
"I'm sorry." he said honestly
"Whatever." I sighed
"Now after your done with this come help me."
"Alright." I sighed heavily
I ate my breakfast and met him in his office
"So how do we plan this?" I asked taking a seat at the desk
"Here's the building blueprint." he said laying out a big blue map "We have to find an entrance without security guards or cameras."
"What about the roof no cameras and who has security on the roof?" I suggested
"No they have security there weirdly." He said shaking his head
We spent a good 20 minutes coming up with a solution until I saw something
"What about the bunker?" I suggested
"The what?" he laughed
I pointed to a bunker on the map
"How do you know thats a bunker??" he asked
"I paid attention in school." I said "And I read the key of the map."
"Well there should be security cameras there and theres a lock on the door but we could easily break the lock and Meghan and Marshall can hack the security cameras into a loop."
"A loop?" I questioned
"Yeah a loop, thats when we take footage from before we come in and continue to replay it over an over again you wouldn't notice cause nothings changed." He explained
"Okay." I said slowly "Whose base is this?"
"A common enemy." he responded "Mr. Romano."
"Have a picture?" I asked
"Why?" he asked curiously
"Relax I have to know who I am gonna kill." I stated
He laughed. Out loud.
"You could never kill Romano." he scoffed
"Whats that supposed to mean?" I asked
"Don't be ashamed no one has." he added
"Watch me." I rolled my eyes
"Okay lets go for a drive." he said standing up
We got up an exited the room and into the garage which had like a million cars in it
"Pick one." he stated
"That blue one." I pointed at a really nice car and we got in
He started the car and looked at me
"What?" I asked
"Nothing just looking at your beautiful face." he stated still looking at me
"Just drive." I sighed "I'm not your girlfriend."
"Right." He scoffed and began to drive
"Where are we even going?" I asked
"To go see Romano."
