Victoria's POV

"Thanks  hanabel."

I thanked hanabel while walking down the hallway to my office,
hanabel just helped me with my pregnancy test which result I'll be getting tomorrow. I don't want this so called pregnancy strip because they are something not accurate and as a doctor I think doing the test in the hospital is the best.

"Hey Vic"

I heard my name,I turned back to see Mr Bernard Handerson  smiling at me. He has just been transferred to our hospital a week ago,though he's cute but can't be categorized as handsome because my j is way more handsome or should I say cuter than him.

"Hi Mr Bernard."

"Just call me Bernard." He replied still smiling at me.

"Okay Mr Bernard."

"No....Bernard."

"Sorry...Bernard........."

"It's okay, was thinking if we could go have lunch together."

"Huh?"

"I mean since it's lunch time maybe we could go together."

"Oh.......i-i-i don't think so."I replied.

" okay.....but why?" He asked.

"Well I have some patients I have to attend to and also some papers to complete....
am really sorry." I replied.

"Oh okay, maybe next time."

"Okay." I replied.There's no gonnca be next time man. I said in my head.

"And by the way you look beautiful in that gown, you should wear something like that more often."

"Like seriously is this guy trying to do what I think he's doing....?."

"Oh...thank you. But I know, my "Husband" told me this morning."I said emphasising on the word "Husband".

I saw some sadness cross his face,he quickly cover it with a smile.

" oh you are married?."

"Yeah.." I replied smiling like an idiot remembering am married to the best,handsome,caring and loving man on earth whom won't stop loving me the way I also love him.

"Okay......to be sincere with you I like you the instance I saw you and thought maybe be we could go on a date or something but since you said you are married.......friends?." He replied stretching his hand forward for handshake.

"Oh.....you are straight forward,I like that,friends." I replied  fitting my hand into his.

"Well I have to go now to attend to the patients and by the way j will be coming to pick me up soon."I said.

" okay...Bye see you around beautiful."

"I rolled my eyes at his compliment.... Bye."

I make my way down to my office and start with some papers works,I don't really have any patients to attend to because they are being taken care of by the nurse but lied to Bernard cause I don't want to have  lunch with him and by the way j  must not here such thing.

Minutes later I had my phone ringing I look at the ID,its j.

"Hello baby."

"Hello Vic,am downstairs in the car Waiting for you,hope you are through?."

"Yes j,am on my way."

I packed my bag and rushed out of my office ready to go home. I was able to recognize our car because j was standing and leaning on the car. I walked up to him.

"Hey."...I said smiling giving him a peck on the lips

"Hey baby...how was work today?" J asked putting his hand around my waist while I lean on him.

"Fine and how was the appointment you told me about?.

" All went great. "

"Good."

"You ready to go?" J asked

"Yeah"..

Before j could open the passenger door for me i had my name,I turned back to see Bernard.

"Hey vic."

Jason's hand tighten around my waist,I saw his jaw tighten glaring at Bernard with hatred. If looks could kill Bernard would be 6 feet down.

"Hi Bernard,  and by the way this is my husband jason,jason this is Bernard who has just been transferred to our hospital."

"Oh....nice to meet you jason,I must say you have a very beautiful wife and you are a lucky man." Bernard said reaching his hand forward for an handshake.

Jason didn't take his hand but replied giving him a cold glare.

"I know,you don't have to point that out. Take your eyes off my wife or else you would regret being transferred here."

"What!...are you threatening me?" Bernard asked.

"No...just a warning man. And by the way and am the only one allowed to call her vic."

"And nice meeting you." Jason said through gritted teeth knowing it has another meaning.

"Let's go vic." Jason said opening the door for me.

"Bye Bernard."I said

"Bye  vic-------toria." Bernard replied.

Jason got into the car and start,the car came to life.

"I fucking hate that dude."
