the limo ride was something i would not forget. meagan almost dropped alex on her head by accident (the baby, not the full grown man), jack was inches away from throwing his shoe out the window because he was angry after he learned that being gay was once recognized as a mental disorder, and another thing that i should not mention and that i thank god that alex was napping during it happened between frank and gerard.

but, everyone was mostly calmed down by the time we reached the wedding location. it was breathtaking; the vineyard surrounded our setup was beautiful and the setup itself was enough to make me gasp. every piece of furniture was either a toned-down red or dull white, giving the place a subtle and calming feel.

just five minutes in, people seemed to be enjoying themselves very much. i was glad it turned out this way; it was perfect. i bet ryan feels pretty stupid that he doubted me just about now. speaking of ryan, he walked over to me with his parents and a smile plastered across his face.

"hello, brendon!" mrs ross greeted me with a genial grin.

"hi, it's so nice to see you again," i responded, shaking her hand that she had outstretched a moment before.

"i'm so proud of you guys. this definitely beats catching you make out on my couch."

"dad!"

"just wait until my parents get here," i commented,  causing everyone in the group to let out a small laugh.

"we'll leave you guys to talk to everyone else, but we'll be back!" mr ross said comedically while walking away with his wife.

we both waved at the couple as they walked over to someone i recognized as ryan's sister. she'll be a boatload of fun to talk to, knowing she "disapproves" of me and all. but, she's here, so that's an okay sign, i guess. we'll just have to see.
