"Feel free to use anything you need or eat anything that is in the fridge or cupboards. My house is your house, well my apartment anyway." Lillian joked as she gave Siwon a tour of her place.
"Thanks again so much for doing this. I know I'm putting you out." Siwon set his bag down in the spare room.
Lillian patted him on the back. "I told you it's honestly no trouble at all. As long as you don't mind Eunice being here too. Her parents have friends visiting from Korea, so they kicked her out of her room."
"I don't mind at all but let me take the couch so you each can get a bed." He sweetly picked up his bag again to move it.
Lillian gently grabbed it from him and placed it back down on the floor. "Don't worry, my bed is big enough for both of us. We will be fine. You need the room." She paused for a minute. "So, will you have any free time on this trip? I know you are here for work."
Siwon sat down on the edge of the bed. "Yeah I think I have a free afternoon tomorrow. Why what's up?"
Moving to sit across from him in the chair next to the desk, Lillian bit her lip nervously. "I was wondering if you would be willing to help me out with something."
Siwon smiled. "It's the least I can do for you letting me stay here. What is it?"
"Well its kind of two favors. I am putting together a care package for Donghae." Before she could continue, she looked up at Siwon's face. His lips were pursed. "What?" Lillian couldn't help being a little embarrassed looking at him.
Siwon put his hand over his mouth. "Nothing. Nothing." He mumbled. Lillian glared at him playfully with her eyebrow raised. He moved his hand and responded. "I'm just happy for my 형."
"Are you going to do this the whole time you are here?"
Siwon shook his head and replaced his hand over his mouth.
"Anyway," she feigned being irritated. "Would you come shopping with me to get a few things? I need a man's opinion. And do you mind taking it home with you and giving it to him?"
He chuckled little before answering. "Of course. And I have tonight free. Can I take you to dinner?"
"That would be nice. Let's go now so we get back before Eunice comes over." When she finished speaking the phone in her pocket rang. She pulled it out and smiled as she looked at the caller ID. "It's Donghae."
Siwon understood and stepped out of the room to give her a little privacy. After a minute she came out of the room and held the phone out to him. "He wants to talk to you."
He furrowed his brows as he answered the phone. "형?"
Lillian stepped away from them so she couldn't overhear the conversation. She headed to the hall to grab extra blankets and towels for her guests.
"How long will you be at Lillian's?"
"Four days total. It's a short trip." Siwon answered, a little regret in his voice.
"I know you have a lot of work on this trip, but since I can't be there, take care of her while you are there." Donghae's sincerity touched Siwon's heart.
"You know me. I will. In fact, we are just about to go to dinner. 형, you should try to come visit soon though. I know you both are ok with talking and video chatting, but I know she would love to see you. It's been five months since you have seen each other."
Donghae sighed. "I'm trying. I scheduled a lot for myself before," he gathered his thoughts. "I didn't think I would meet anyone when I did so, I scheduled myself to stay as busy as possible. It's almost impossible to change now." Siwon could hear a twinge of disappointment in his voice. Then his tone changed slightly. "But thankfully I'm not too busy that we can't talk almost every day. Hearing her voice makes all the work I do worth it."
