Missing you a lot. Come soon!
~ Mumma & pari.

"Missing you both more.", a smile grew on his face reading the message he received a couple of minutes ago, while looking at the displayed picture of Zoya and Diya on his phone screen. Something he shot when their little doll was caught laughing at the bubbles papa was making around them, as she was sitting in her little inflatable pool.

It was a hot and sunny day and baby loved enjoying her playtime in their lawn area. Just the sight of hers all happy, playing music with her hands that slapped the basin while splashing water on everyone, brought huge contentment on his Zoya's face. And both his women smiling widely, he could not miss to save the moment on his phone.

"Wow! That's a very beautiful baby girl there.", Aditya glanced back at Rahul, his colleague and roommate for the trip, joining him by the balcony as he spoke.

"After all, whose daughter is she?", he proudly answered, looking back at the photograph.

"That pretty woman's.", replied the friend so as to earn his elbow on the stomach.

"First of all, she is my pretty woman, so your eyes better stay out of her. Second, half of the credits goes to me. She's my baby too.", said he, the ego of a father quite hurt.

"How possessive!", as he said so, they chuckled. "Anyways, I just came here to ask if you wanted coffee, since I was about to order some for me."

"Would never say no for a hot cup of coffee after some few hours of flying.", Rahul patted on his shoulder and went out to get the hot drinks while Aditya stayed back admiring the evening hours in Paris.

A wide curve appeared on his face at the memories of his long-forgotten past. The last time he had reached this city, he landed with haunting memories in a whole new atmosphere in order to start fresh, with no real will to go back to his old life, in Mumbai. Yet he had never thought he would soon be going back to his family, to his newly-befriended Zoya. But he had to, for she wanted him to. She wished, and he was standing in front of her again, coming out of his hideout after six months. His friend-cum-wife was no more the nazuk, bewakoof Zoya he had met under the heavy rains, on that fateful night almost four years ago in Mussoorie. That childish spark, happiness as she went out of the Hooda house seeing him back to her was surprising, new, and adorable. And so was he surprised hearing about the ruse she implemented in order to pull him back to India. She fooled the whole nation about his family being lost, all along with Arjun. Thinking about it now, they would just laugh, a relief knowing their family was safe.

As he was looking at the same city now, those memories just brought a smile. So much had happened in their life after his last journey here. They found the real happiness, their true destiny ; facing all the hurdles, they realized they were what was meant to be. And today, their little world was blessed with the little bundle of joy who brought sense to their bepannaah mohabbat ; he was unable to word what could have meant the actual 'happily-ever-after' until he shed happy tears staring at the minute-old Diya crying while he held her for the first time.

His thoughts got stopped as his phone suddenly rang in his hand, a wide curve breaking out on his face reading the caller ID. Sitting on the chair, he answered the video call getting ready to hear the soft babbling.
