It was the morning of Bucky's deployment she had the twins in the stroller and Frankie holding Olivia's hand as Bucky said to goodbye to all of them. He squatted down to Frankie who had tears at just 3 years old she was understanding everything. "Daddy don't go." Frankie said 

"Daddy has to go baby.. you be good for mama and be my big girl and help mama okay." he said as he hugged her and she started to cry harder. He kissed Olivia then the twins he came back up to Ellie. 

"Dream of me baby I'll see you soon it's just a year baby I'll skype you email you write you  just be strong for me." he said

"Okay.." she said as she wiped tears

"I love you Elliot Katherine Barnes.' he said 

"I love you too." she said

"Baby.. please don't be mad." he said 

She looked down and he said "baby what is this really about." 

She looked down and said "It just feels like you are always leaving me." 

"Ellie Kate baby I'll be back it's not like I'm going away forever I always come back to you." he said 

"LOAD UP BOYS!!" 

"Baby I have to go' he said as he kissed her. 

He started to walk away and he went to turn back around to blow her a kiss but she had already turned around and started to take the kids back to the car. Ben and James looked at him and Ben said "She'll be fine James she just needs to adjust to her new role." 

Bucky looked down and wiped tears as he walked to the jet. Steve said "Hey what's wrong?'

"It seems I'm always pissing off my wife." he said 

"Buck she's just hurt and scared that's all it is." Steve said 

"I want to believe that." he said 

That night she had the twins in their bassinets by the bed and she had Olivia and Frankie in the bed with her. The next morning she got online and started to google online college courses while Frankie was at preschool. She tried her best to get house work done on top of breastfeeding the twins and taking care of Olivia all by herself. 

A few days later she got an email saying that she had been accepted into an online college she applied for and was able to enroll in classes. She followed all the directions to enroll in classes once she did that she got a skype call from Bucky.

"Hey beautiful what are you doing?" he said 

"I'm enrolling into online college courses." she said 

"Ellie.." he said 

"Buck I can't do this I don't want this for them and I keep telling you that and you just keep saying things that don't make sense it makes me think that you want to do this army thing." she said 

"Baby don't leave me please...I love you Ellie I do baby I don't want you to leave me baby please don't do this to me." Bucky said with tears. 

"James I don't want to be an army wife I just wanted a normal life I love you James but I can't do this" she said 

"Ellie please baby .." he said 

She looked down and he said "Ellie baby .." 

She started to cry and he said "Ellie I love you with all my heart baby I do and I know you are scared right now but I need you baby I need you to be strong for me and ..."
