11. Battle.

Yang and Ruby got back to the room and knocked on the door. Qrow opened it, "Ruby?"

"A random girl found her," Yang said.

"Sorry I ran off Uncle Qrow," Ruby said, "I took a walk and fell asleep on the beach."

"EYE," Ruby heard Fayia in the background, "She RETURNS!"

Ruby walked in the doorway and everyone ran into hug her. She hugged them all too as Fayia limped from the bed. After five minutes, they heard a big boom and ran to the window in the room. Ruby's eyes widened, "Oh no."

When Yang opened the window, Ruby slammed it shut as she yelled, "NO."

"Ruby, What's going on here," Qrow asked, "You've been acting weird. What's going on with you?"

"It's not what's wrong with her," Faiya cut in, "It's what's happening right now."

"Well, what's happening," Ren asked.

"Um, guys," Nora pointed out the window. There was Sasha as she rolled in the sand. She took her slingshot and shoted rocks at Ursula's daughter.

All of the sudden, Faiya opened the window, jumped out, shut the widow door, locked it from the outside and stuck a rusted old nail from the ground into the lock. Ruby banged on the Window, "Fayia what are you doing?"

Faiya didn't say anything as she ran off, still limping. She took her bow and arrow, and shot it at the Ursula's daughter, "Remember me, Witch?"

The girl with tentacles shot a ball of purple magic at her and Faiya rolled in the sand. At the same time the fight started, Ruby turned around and ran out of the room. She ran to the lobby as fast as she could before anyone could go out that door. When a young man tried to put his hand on the door to open it, Ruby spang in front of it, "NOBODY GO OUTSIDE."

Qrow and the others stopped in the middle of the lobby, "What's going on, Ruby?"

"There is a war," Ruby replied.

The room spread into a small panic of chatter before someone asked, "What war?"

"The war between the sea witch's daughter and ther merfolk who live around this island," Ruby replied, "I'm not lying, I've seen them."

"And they didn't hurt you," asked a woman in the crowd.

Ruby shook her head. An old man came out from the crowd, "That's what I've been telling everyone. Ever since Ursula left King Triton's kingdom centuries ago, She has created chaos to both the humans and the mermaids. She's been putting the blame of bad things on the mermaids as well."

"How about we go out now," Yang suggested, "Because I don't think though two can fight her and all of the now appearing grimm in the area."

Ruby turned around and saw, "Okay, then if you don't know how to fight Grimm, stay inside."

Qrow and the rest of the team went to the door and Ruby opened it. They then ran outside and began slicing and shooting them. When Sasha noticed Ruby fighting them, She asked, "Why aren't you inside like Summer asked?"

"You need us to fight off the Grimm for you," Ruby replied. She shot a bunch of ammunition from Crescent Rose at one of them that was racing towards her, "You can't take them alone."

"True."

"Where's mom?" Ruby Sliced through more Grimm.

"It feels like she's coming." Sasha shot more rocks at another.

Qrow popped next to them in time to here the conversation while fighting some Grimm, "Wait your mother's here."

"Uh oh," Sasha panicked, "More Grimm, SCATTER."
