Summer woke up from the cold wooden floor of the sunken ship. She remembered how she was supposed to see her daughter. She swam to one of the windows and spotted Paul moving something on the sandy ocean floor. It was a log, so she went out to see him. She went over and helped him.

He looked up, "Oh, Hi."

"Hi," Summer replied. She started to push the log from behind, "Where are the others."

"They went to the land to get some things."

"Like What?"

"A hammer."

"Oh."

All of the sudden, Marcy and her brother came swimming back to them. Marcy was in terror as she said, "Ursula's Daughter just attacked the port on land. We couldn't go. There's a fight happening right now."

"Dang it. That Witch," Paul replied, "Alright, nobody goes to land anymore. You'll get killed if you go near her."

"But, we know how to fight, Paul," Marcy said, "I know we didn't back there because we didn't want to get involved with another mermaid's deal, but we still can."

"Who did she look like," Summer asked.

"She had red roots with orange and yellow curly hair," Marcy said.

"Oh, God Faiya," Summer took off swimming until Paul grabbed her arm.

"HEY, did you hear what I said," He asked her.

Summer freed her arm from his grip, "WHEN are you going to lean how to help people. I know how to fight, by god look at my eyes and tell me that I am not a warrior. Most of my after life has been through Anxiety because of my eyes." She pointed to Marcy, "What if SHE was endangered. Wouldn't you help her instead of live with the pain of watching her die? Others who you may not know included."

"What's going on out here," Sasha asked as she exited the sunken vessel.

"Faiya's in trouble, Sash. Stay here, okay," Summer said. She then swam off as fast as she could through the ocean. She got to shallow water and hid behind one of the rocks when she saw a group of people around the poor mermaid except, Faiya had legs. She then noticed that it was her daughter and her daughter's friends. Faiya had her bow aimed at Ruby as she tried to get up with her leg bleeding. She then witnessed Fayia fall back, Ruby rush to her and the rest of the gang take her back. Summer then dived back into the water and swam to another rock. She couldn't see in the window, but she stayed where she was. She laid down on on her stomach on the shore and waited. A couple hours later, she saw a door open from inside and Summer got on her knees. She looked down and her legs were back so she got up and walked on the land. She went to another Rock and sat on top of it, She then spotted Ruby run to her down the sandy beach and hopped off of the rock. She swooped her daughter up in a hug, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry I didn't come."

"Mom, It's fine," Ruby Replied, "I understand what's going on now. It's fine. I'm just glad to see you again. I think we should go before Uncle Qrow finds out you're here."

"Ruby, I know I came to see if you were okay," Summer looked her daughter in the eyes, "But I need you to keep Faiya and everyone else in side,"

"Why?"

"It's not safe in the water right now. I can't risk people dying or getting hurt. I saw you go to help Faiya, but she is a clever creature."

"Wait, you know her?"

"Yes, just don't let her talk about me or the mermaids."

"She did say stuff about the mermaids, already, though."
