Not A Friend Nor A Sister

''We have to go back there?! Again?!'' Stiles exclaimed in disbilieve as we stood in front of Beacon Hills local coffee shop.

''Again?! Nada, I haven't even told my parent's about this werewolf nonsense, how am I suppose to explain to them that one of my friends was taken to Mexico?!'' I freaked. Lydia opened her mouth to say something, but Malia spoken before her.

''Your not going. You know why, your not going? It's because you are not considered as a friend-''.

''Malia!'' Lydia hissed at her, but Malia didn't seem to feel guilty about her comment. But that didn't stop me from feeling a little embarrassed of the moment.

In a way, she was right. I don't technically feel friendly around these people. The only thing I ever talk about with them are about the common problems we share.

''Don't listen to her, she's just a little mad about Scott being taken'' Lydia said, sympathy full in her expression. Then at the moment, my phone vibrated. I'd tooken it out of my back pocket, looking at the bright screen to see I gotten a text from my sister.

A- Can you come pick me up from Kendall's house?

I looked up at them, seeing that Lydia and Stiles were looking at me, concered, where as Malia was drinking her drink that she'd previously ordered from inside.

''I gotta go pick up my sister, I'll see you guy's later'' I stated, turning around and leaving as I only heard Stiles and Lydia yell a quick 'bye'.

Friend or not, Scott was the one who made me realized there was other ways to solve economic problems. He helped me out after my parents found out about the money.

I don't want to save him. I don't have to get him. I need to help him, and bring him back home.

''Hi Mrs. Reynolds, I'm here to pick up Aurore'' I greeted sweetly to Kendalls mom. I don't know much about Aurore's social life as much as I used to, but I do know she will always blab about the stuff her and the famous Kendall Reynolds do.

''Scarlett, it is so great to see you! Come in'' She said cheerily as she moved to the side, opening the door more for me to enter. I then stepped in to the familiar not too fancy house.

There's some houses in Beacon Hills that are just too big, almost as if it were a mansion, but then there's the typical houses that you would expect a family to be in. I'd much rather prefer those type than the mansion.

Think about it, you, as an indivisual, wanting to own it all, but who to share it with? Yeah you have friends, but they probably want to have some of the stuff that you own.

''Aurore, Scarlett's Here!'' She called. Not a second later fast footsteps trailed from the upstairs hallway, to being visible as she ran down the stairs.

''Bye Mrs. Reynolds'' She said quickly, as she grabbed my arm, pulling me through the still opened door.

''Woah, why the urge to leave so fast?'' I asked but she clammed up. She hasn't really been talking to me about problems she's been having. How am I suppose to help if she doesn't talk? Well that's simple, she probably doesn't want my help.

''I just wanna get home''. I nodded my head, as we started walking down the street in silence.

''Can I ask you something?'' She asked. I mumbled a 'sure'. Maybe she's finally starting to open up again.

''The day mom had found that money, you said you killed people for it..'' She started. So much for talking about her problems.

''Why did you kill people for it?'' She asked, looking up at me when she said it. I kept my head down, looking at my feet, as they took they're steps, while replying, ''Because we were having money problems with the house, so I'd figure-''.

''No, I know that, it's just.. Why, were they so important to kill? What was the reason behind killing them?'' She questioned.  I was silent for a moment.

I then turned to her, ''Is that why you haven't been talking to me?.. Because if you did you would've have the urge to ask me those questions?''. I was trying to stall her, but when I think about it, it seems that, that was the case.

''Yes, because I know my sister wouldn't do things for no simple explanation behind it, and it must've took a lot of persuading to have you accept that job'' She explained.

And for a girl her age, she has her choice of words.

        ''I can't say'' I muttered.

''And why not?'' She asked, raising her voice.

''Because It's Information That Your Not Suppose To Know, Hell, I'm Not Suppose To Know The Reason Behind This Job!'' I snapped. She was then quiet. Instead of replying, she walked ahead. I didn't bother catching up to her, she should know her way home.

Home. The last place I wanna think about.
