Run aways

"Hi Lilly. Why are you here?" Luther answered the door with a smile on his face.

"My dad said when I needed help to come here." I looked up at him as he let me inside.

"Well what do you need help with?" He watched as Sumo laid down by the couch.

"I was at home, there was a knock on the door, Connor told me to go to my room, I heard him yell run, and I ran." I grabbed a bag of chips out of my bag and munched. Alice came down and sat next to me.

"Hey Lilly." She looked down and saw my bag, "I'll go get mine just in case." She went up stairs and grabbed her bag. It had more food, water, and money. She didn't need food or water but they were for if we found a kitten of dog, she also had her favorite stuffed animal in it. Luther left the room and I heard him say something.

"Sumo!" I said and he got up and walked to me. Alice and I played with him for a bit before we took a nap. I didn't like the sound I heard when I woke up, the sound of knocking on the door. I shook Alice and ran and got Kara.

"Kara? There's someone at the door." I tugged on her shirt. She looked at Luther and he grabbed me and Alice and took us out side.

"Ok, Alice, Lilly, if anything happens, I want you two to run. Ok?" We nodded our heads as Luther walked back in. Alice forgot her bag so she went back in. I saw her running back outside.

"RUN!" She grabbed my hand and ran in front of me, Sumo followed. We didn't stop for hours, it was just running.
