Chapter 7

I looked up into the eyes of an 18 year old Eustass Kid, his red hair flareing out above his iconic goggles matching his black vest and red pants.

His pirecing Red eyes narrowing as he looked me over, probably wondering how I knew his name since he didn't have a wanted poster yet. 

As the time ticked by everyone aboard the ship was silent. Not able to take the growing rage inside me I spoke 

"apologize" my voice dripping with pent-up rage.

 "what..." kid looked at me as if I was a disgusting glob of incoherent mush he just stepped in while wearing socks.

"I said. I apologize. You hurt my friend so if you don't want to DIE I suggest you APOLOGIZE!"my voice was level yet oozing with anger until I couldn't hold back and ended up yelling the last word. 

Kid scuffed and leaned closer to my face towering over me.

"as if you could ever take me shrimp"he whispered a smug smirk plastered on his face. My green eyes locking with his red ones as I let my lips form a smirk of my own.

"I warned you"

Before he could comprehend my words I reached up and yanked his head down into my knee, then as he was stumbling back, nose already gushing blood my leg came up and roundhouse kicked him in the side of the head causing him to go flying.

Surprisingly he stayed on his feet. 

"Oh you asked for it you little bitch." The hand that wasn't holding his nose waved towards me causing weapons and random metallic objects to Rush forward with lightning speed.

I continue to dodge and reflect the flying objects with my sword. 

"that all you got a kid. Are you just going to hide behind your devil fruit powers or are you going to face me like a man?"

An animalistic growl ripped through his throat as he charged towards me. Just as he reached me a giant wrench flew into his hand and he swung the tool at me like a club. The end of the wrench millimetres away from my face as I dodged flipping into a backhand spring and slamming the heel of my bare foot into his exposed chin.

 Giggling I stuck The landing, hands on my hips watching kids face continue to grow red with anger.

 After an hour of dodging his onslaught of attacks and landing a few myself, my previous rage forgotten as a teased kid relentlessly.

"come on tomato googles, your not getting tired are you~" I laughed as I slipped just out of his reach.

"fuck you, you little green eyed midget."

"sorry kiddy kitten I'd rather not." I spun out of the way of his half hearted swing.

"what... the fuck you call me kitten for."

"well your all angry like a kitten and your attacks are like a kitty trying to fight a rock. hehehe." i laugh imaging kid as a kitten fighting a rock.

"FUCK OFF IF IN A CAT YOUR A FUCKING MOUSE YOU FUCKING BUN HEAD!!"

looking him dead in the eye our nose touching i could pracktly feel the anger radiating off him.

"you know kid you should fuck on... you get better results." his face morphed from pure rage to confused to flustered in the span of 5 seconds.

 i couldn't keep a strait face, I burst out laughing, kids face was bright red and his mouth was opening and closing like a fish out of water. 

"Captain!"his crew had long since dropped their guard after realizing I had no intentions of actually harming their captain.

"there are three Marine ships coming up on our six" yelled one of the many men aborted his ship.

My smile slowly faded when I realize that this meant a little duel had to come to an end.

"Aww I was having so much fun though." I looked over a kid who had a few bumps and bruises but other than the dried blood for my first attack he looked fine.

Kids POV

"Listen up. Just for now will work together I'll take the one on the right you take the one on the left and your crew can take the one in the middle." It pisses me off that she just shot out orders to my crew. 

'Who does she think she is...wait. who is she?' I thought as I look down the red haired girl in front of me. 

'It would be a lot faster if we got her help though. And the sooner I get this done the sooner I can kick her cute little ass' making my decision I nodded towards my crew.

"OK listen up little squirts here is going to take that shi-"

"I have a name."

'Did she just interrupt me... ME!?'

"I don't give a shit. As I was saying little shit is going to help us." I look over to see if she was going to interrupt me again only to see her arms crossed and a pout on her little face.

'Cute... wait. What NO'

Turning away from her I head towards the railing of the ship so that I can get a better look at our enemy. They'll be here in about five minutes there's nothing I can do at this distance though.

"hey firecracker."

'What the FUCK is she talking to ME!?'

"FIRECRACKER!!?" I yell as I look over to see her sitting on the rail facing me.

"well yeah you call me little shit. So I'm gonna call you firecracker until you call me my name. Anyways this is boring so I'm making this a race whoever can sink the most ships wins~" with that she fell backwards into the water barely making a splash.

'The fuck?'

My eyes search the water, but they're drawn over to one of the marine ships as yelling breaks out.

No ones POV

The giant marine ship starts to tip over being pulled into the Ocean by the chain attached of the anchor, The Marines could be heard screaming of a monster. Little do they know its a small girl with a powerful mermaid tail pulling them down into the depths of the ocean. with the first ship taken care of she swims up out of the water swapping forms.

Novas wings are spread wide as she sores into the sky just after emerging from the water. her wings cast a shadow over the ship as she swoops down towards the other marine ship a red and black hunting knife clenched in her hand, the blade running across the deck of the ship leaving a trail of lava in its wake.

'Holy fuck' kid thinks as he watches her wipe out the last marine ship.
