I fold my pristine white wings behind my back and they disappear as I land gracefully in front of kid, not making a sound.

 My emerald green eyes looked up the kids shocked face, causing my lips to form a winning smirk and my hand finding my hip. 

"Well looks like I won... Mr. firecracker." I chuckled as his face morphed into his typical scowl, 

"Shut up you flying midget." My laughter only grew. 

"Ha ha good one but looks like it's time for me to head out." I started to walk over to Shiva Who had reverted to her smaller form, her blue and brown eyes board as she waited with Dimitri.

"Dimitri set sail we're out of here."

Kid POV

I followed her line of sight to the wolf and a board looking male with blue hair and scars littering his body. 

'What where the fuck did you come from?!'

 Said boy rolled his eyes "aye aye captain" his tone bored as he walked off to the teeny ship.

 The shrimps gave me a salute and stuck her tongue out only making me even more angry. 

"Shrimp! What about our fight?!" She turned around and walked backwards so she was facing me her brilliant red hair flowing behind her. 

"We'll have to finish our fight another time" she gave me a mischievous wink just before jumping into her ship which has started sailing away.

"No! you get back here you little shit!!" I yelled running to the railing and watching her speedway 

"captain should we follow them?"

"No her ship is too small will never catch up" I sigh.

 'I'll get you One Day shrimp'

No one's POV

"So what was that all about?" Dimitri asked.

"Ah nothing just messing around"

"you know that guy looked really strong... But. you're incredible. You really don't have a devil fruit?" He mumbled the last part so nova couldn't hear. 

"huh? What do you say?" 

"Oh nothing where to next?"

"I don't know let's just wander see where the tide takes us."

 Dimitri mentally sighed 'typical' he thought and brought out the logposs nova had given him 

'I guess were just going straight then.'

Dimitris POV

It's been a month since I first saw another fight, as I sat on the deck of the ship taking the morning watch like always my thoughts drifted back to the fight.

 'Watching her fight I realized she didn't need me to protect her... Well in the typical way.'

Flashback

me and nova were out exploring an island we had just docked at.

I wanted to stay on the ship with Sheva but my 'captain' insisted. 

'The logposs will resets in an hour so I guess we can kill time' I thought 

'this place seems really sketchy though.' I thought as I trail behind Nova as she carelessly skipped through the dirty streets her eyes sparkling and she looked at all the shops.

one shop in particular caught my eye the sign read fresh human organs for sale and purchase I reread the sign twice just to be sure I didn't misread it. 

'What the fuck kind of place is this' I thought ready to take Nova to the ship and never come back but. She was gone... 

"fuck." Using my devil fruit I summoned to lower level Demons to help me search. They look like evil Black rabbits made out of leather with red eyes and fangs.

Not 10 minutes later one of them alerted me telepathically that they found her. 

Running around the corner into a dark alleyway I spotted nova being lead into The back of the human organ shop. 

"Nova!" I yelled and commanded my demons to attack it didn't take them long to kill the men. 

"What do you think you're doing wondering off with some strangers!" I planted my hands firmly on her shoulders as I scolded her on her stupidity.

"B-but they said they needed help finding a puppy, spot."

"Oh my God. No nova they wanted to harvest your organs! And sell them!"! I began muttering to myself and running my hands through my messy blue hair. 

That's when I realize nova may be strong and not need me in a fight but she does need me to help her navigate this crap world. 

'I will protect your innocence with my life' I thought looking into her crystal clear green eyes.

One of Novas portals opened up beside me stealing me away from the memory.

 Just a second later out pops her head appearing severed as a red hair blew in the wind.

"Foods ready, better come and eat before Sheva scarfs it all down."

Chuckling I had inside leaving the ship unmanned...
