(Jake's POV)

When the girls walked into the studio I was talking to Josh and he was slightly hinting around how Annie looked amazing yesterday on the trail. I don't know how I feel about it because he plain out ignored her existence yesterday as if she wasn't even there. I understand that he is more reserved than I am when it comes to people, but it gives him no right to talk about her like that if he barely spoke to her. I turn around and see her walk in with her sister slightly behind her talking to Danny. I might as well have been drooling she was wearing a flowy maroon shirt and she looked beautiful. It was like my legs walked me over to her and before I knew it I was hugging her and I kissed her cheek. I slightly felt her tense and I felt a soft blow to the shoulder.

I laugh but she hit my shoulder in just the right way and my arm started cramping. She laughs like the little demon she is and skips off to the chair with Nicole and she sits down watching us warm up. Josh looks at me and the other boys, nodding his head and I begin sliding my hands a little more dramatic than I would normally play for anyone in the studio. But I felt this need to impress her for no reason.

She whispers something to her sister looking over at Sammy laughing silently with her. Immediately I get pissed and I start looking the other way paying attention to myself and the music letting it flow my arms and hands. I would not have my life any other way. If only I could get the girl. 

Josh looks at me and just completely stops singing earning a few looks from everyone and eventually the music stops and everyone looks at me. I angrily put my guitar down and storm out of the room. 

(Annie's POV)

I noticed Jake get really off put by me laughing and telling Nicole that Sam was looking at her while he played the bass. Then all of a sudden the music stops and Jake storms out of the room and Josh goes after him. I started to get up but decided not to, Jake and Josh are brothers they will figure it out. I turn to talk to Nicole but she isn't sitting next to me she is standing next to Sam asking him questions about his bass and keyboard. 

I guess me staring at him made things weird I guess I'll just go out to my car and just leave them be. I go up to Nicole and tell her what I'm doing. She gives me the same ' You're stupid' look and just nods her head. I walk out the door. Jake and Josh were standing slightly bickering back and forth. I look down when both of their eyes shoot over to me and I whisper "sorry." as I walk past them. I start running before they can ask questions, and I get out my keys quickly hopping into my car, locking the doors. A few minutes pass and I hear a knock on my window. I turn and my green orbs lock with a soft pair of brown orbs.
