Date Night

After trying his best to help Fishlegs with Heather and Astrid saving him again. The couple part to go get ready for their date.

Astrid's POV

I was in my hut trying to find something special to wear for mine and hiccups date. We haven't been out in a long time so I wanted to wear something special for him. Unfortunately I couldn't find my dress Heather got me for snoggletogg last year.

Astrid: UGH we're is it why can't I find it.

Heather walks in to find Astrid's hut in a mess.

Heather: hey Astrid you ok??

Astrid: no I can't find my dress. Hiccup and I have a date tonight and I want to surprise him, but I can't find my dress.

Heather: you mean the one that's sitting on your bed.

I look up to find my dress necklace and boots on my bed ready and waiting.

Astrid: oh my Thor thanks Heather.

Heather: how could you not see that.

Astrid: Because It's normally in my closet not on my bed. I wonder how it got their.

Heather: I don't know but good thing i walked in because you never would've found it.

Heather walks out.

Astrid: I would have sooner or later.

Little did Astrid know heather moved her dress so she could buy hiccup some time. He told Heather to slow Astrid down so he could get everything ready for her.

At Hiccups hut.

Hope Heather got my message on time or this won't be ready.

Fishlegs walks in

Fishlegs: hey Hiccup.

Hiccup: hey Fishlegs did you get everything set up.

Fishlegs: yeah everything is ready but I need your help tomorrow I'm trying to do something nice for Heather but I need help setting up.

Hiccup: sure no problem Fishlegs. I'll help you.

Heather: help you with what Fishlegs.

Fishlegs: um nothing just some dragon eye work that's all.

Heather: oh ok, oh and Hiccup better hurry Astrid is getting ready now just braiding her hair.

Hiccup: thanks Heather I own you one.

Heather: no worries. Now you two go have fun and don't let me catch you two doing anything.

Hiccup blushes slightly

Heather: we're 19 and you not my mother.

Fishlegs: yeah let the two be free for the night Thor knows hiccup needs it look how badly he's stressed the past 3 days.

Heather rolls her eyes and laugh as her and Fishlegs go to find Snotlout and the twins.

Hiccup got dressed and went over to Astrid's hut. Just as he was about to know the door opens.

Astrid hey hiccup you ready.

Hiccup was speechless. He never saw Astrid so beautiful. She was wearing a long dark blue dress with black boots and a small dimond neckless around her neck.

Astrid on the other hand was just looking at hiccup. He was dressed in a silk black tunic and pants and he fixed his hair to her disappoinment. However it didn't bother her she knew that she would put his braids back in tonight.

Hiccup: wow Astrid you look beautiful.

Astrid: you look amazing as well.

Hiccup: are you ready to go.

Astrid: yes we're we going.

Hiccup: you'll love it.

The both got on toothless as he took off twords Berk.

After about an hour of flying the make it to Berk.

Astrid: hiccup what are we doing all the way here.

Hiccup: well I though that I would do something special for you so hold on.

She gladly wrapped her arms around his waist. He couldn't help but smile.

Hiccup then took Astrid on the same flight as their first on together
Astrid remembered this. She was stunned at the how the clouds shinned in the sky and the lights that danced in the sky. She couldn't help but think this was more beautiful than the first time she saw it.

Astrid: Hiccup this is beautiful.

Hiccup: told you I was gonna do something special.

Astrid smiled and rested her head on hiccups shoulder.

They flew around Berk and then back to the edge. They landed and made their way to a clearing were Fishlegs and Heather set up a dinner for them. Hiccup and Astrid sat down to eat and did see heathlegs watching and awing at the couple.

Astrid: hiccup this is an amazing night I can't thank you enough.

Hiccup: you don't have to thank me babe I just wanted to do something nice for you.

Astrid smiled and blushed a little.

After the meal the couple took a night walk and they stop at Astrid's hut.

Astrid: hiccup thanks again for this I loved every moment of...

She was stopped as Hiccup kissed her. She kissed him back passionately. It sooner turned into a make out session. They bother broke away to breath. Astrid looked at Hiccup and he looked back.

Astrid: do you think...

Hiccup: tonight's the night.

Astrid: yeah.

They both stared at each other for a minute. Astrid was about to say something when hiccup cut her off.

Astrid: Hic

Hiccup: toothless take us to my hut. I'm sorry milady what were going to say.

Astrid: I was going to ask if you wanted to come in.

He smiled at her as toothless dropped them at Hiccups hut. Hiccup walked in Astrid followed closing the door.  As he was about to say something Astrid cut him off with a deep kiss to which he kissed back. After a while the we're both in hiccups bead for the rest of the night. What they didn't know was the gang was up all night listening to them begging to Odin they would stop so they could get some sleep.
