Jack's P.O.V.
The sound of paper being stashed, crumpled, and stacked woke me up. God I hate it here.
I get up, and take a cold shower. This totally darkens my mood.
I step out, and put on some black pants and a white hoodie. I put on some black sneakers, and I grab my bag.
I was about to step out the door, until Mom called me.
"Have a good day at school, Jack!" she yelled. I rolled my eyes, and left. I walked. I don't feel like riding that crowded bus. I didn't yesterday, either. Ugh.
I put my hands in my pockets, like I always do, and keep walking, until I reach school. Merida skates behind me, and almost runs me over. I hear her snort at my reaction, and she skates on past me. Pfft. Asshole.
I keep going, and a few other Candor girls start putting make up on, and shit like that. Some ask me out as I walk by, and I roll my eyes. Every girl wants me. Well, almost every girl.
I watch the train race by, and I spot the bright shade of blonde hair roll down the hill. Elsa rolls one last time, and does a frontflip into the air. She lands on her feet, and runs with her sister to Merida, Rapunzel, and Eugene. Hiccup is probably hidden in his class, stuffing his nose in a book. Yeah, that sounds about right.
I walk to my little group, excluding Elsa, and smirk. My smirk disappears when I actually see Elsa. She's wearing skin tight shorty shorts, and her black top shows her belly button. She's got combat boots on, and a thick line of black shit is on her eyes. It's makeup. It doesn't make girls look prettier. They really need to stop wearing it. Other than that, Elsa looks like a total badass.
"Hey guys," she pants. Then, she scowls at me. I smirk at her scrunched up face. It's so adorable- WAIT, WHAT?!?? SHES NOT ADORABLE!! SHES A FREAK!!
"Well, let's go," Merida says after the bell rings. I grab Elsa's forearm, and pull her back. She tries to escape, but my grip tightens. The rest of the group goes, and I force Elsa to look at me.
"What!?" she says, scowling her hardest. I smirk.
"Take the shit off of your face. It doesn't help your uglyness," I say, and she finally gets out of my grip, and stomps away. I smirk at her raged figure. Well, it's time for another painful lecture.
❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
I sit down at our lunch table, and start eating. This day is just like the others. It sucks.
"Do you remember when the Aptitude Tests are?" Merida asks. I raise my eyebrows. She's totally NOT an Amity. Or at least she doesn't belong there. I can see her being a Dauntless. Yep.
"Uhm...I think they're in four months, why?" Hiccup says, without looking up from his book. I roll my eyes.
"Nose," I say.
"I heard that," he sneers.
"It was meant for you to hear," I say in a 'duh' tone.
"You think I don't know that?"
"Well pardon me, mr. know-it-all!"
"Jealous?"
"No."
"You hesitated," Merida smirks. I roll my eyes again, and continue eating. Life sucks. So. Damn. Bad.
