Chapter 18

Audrey~

An hour passed and my stomach was already full because my breakfast was so delicious. I'm glad I ate because my body needed it. Alton on the other hand didn't want to eat. I tried to tell him to eat with me but he declined so I end up pushing a bacon inside his mouth. It was funny but it made him mad. The woman didn't bother Alton anymore so thank God because she was making me feel mad for some reason.

We were already on the ground and Alton stood up from his seat and grab my arm.

"Let's go"He said and dragged me out of the Jet. He was now encircling his arm around my wrist. I had never been this close to any man and I would mostly be uncomfortable but in his arms, its felt safe and comfortable. His arm seem to be tightly wrapped around me because I tried to push his arm away but it didn't budge and he gave me a warning about it by narrowing his eyes at me.

There were two men following behind us and they were carrying our bags. We walked towards a black car and Alton opened it for me. I thanked him and sat down. He followed and then, closed it. The men behind placed our bags at the back and sat in front of the car.

Alton's arm were wrapped around me and it seem he isn't planning to let me go.

"Are you going to let me go?"I ask.

"No"He replied.

"Then when are you going to?"

"Never"

"You're exaggerating"

"Indeed I am. Now hush and let me hold you"

"Why?"

"Because I want to and just like I said, hush or else I'll kiss that mouth of yours"

Then that, made me shut up.

Kiss me!

My mind shouted and I scolded myself for that. Alton looks very unbelievable right now. Just a few days ago, he was ignoring me and now, he is very touchy. He is making my mind go all over the place and I just want to completely understand him.

A sigh escaped my lips and lean closer to him. Why not enjoy the moment while it last?

I lay my head on his shoulder and he hugged me close to him. It felt really warm that I want to sleep in his arms badly. I hate myself right now but I wanted this. I want his just to be like who he is now and I want him to pull me close to him and hold me.

I can see on the corner of my eyes that a smile formed in his lips.

"You know..this is the first time that I had been really close to a woman"He mumble. His chin is laid above my head while his hand stroked my hair.

"Really? That seems so impossible.. with that good looks of yours, a lot of woman would want you to be more closer to you than I am now"I said.

"Well, you're wrong"

"Not even your mother?" I ask and I heard his breath hitch. I guess it was a bad topic.

"You don't have to tell me. Sorry for asking"I said immediately and He let out a small laugh.

"Its alright..And to answer your question, Yes. I just really don't have that good relationship with my parents thats all I can tell"

"Okay. Thanks for telling me also its my first time being this close to a man as well"

"Thats nice to know"

We didn't talked more and just stayed beside each other. I would constantly look outside the window seeing a few buildings pass by and it was sunny outside by the way. I don't know where I am but I didn't bother to ask so I wouldn't ruin the moment right now.

A few moments later, we arrived in front of a huge mansion. It was as big as Alton's mansion and beautiful as well. The car was drove inside and I see the beautiful garden in the front yard.

"Its beautiful here, is this one of your mansion?"I ask and I pull away from Him. Alton didn't response making me look at him with a confused look.

"Alton?"I called and he ignored me. In a few silence, the car door was open in both of our sides and Alton stepped out from the car. I copied him and thanked the man who opened the door for me and helped me step outside.

I was still confused why he didn't answer me. Is he going to ignore me again like he did days back?

I walked beside Alton who was waiting for me at the door of the mansion. I didn't speak, I just followed him inside until a small little girl stopped in front of us. She was about five years old and she wore a cute pink dress and her hair was on a pig tail. She has blue eyes and it was filled with happiness.

She was looking at us with a confused face and run away.

"Did you know that girl?"I ask and he shook his head. My eyes widen and he kept walking ahead.

Is this even his house? If not, then where are we?

I followed Alton again and this time, it was His mother who stopped in front of us. Her eyed was wide and it sparkled when she saw Alton, especially me.

"Alton, You're finally here"Mrs. Ashton said in enthusiasm and was about to hug her son when Alton stepped away. Mrs. Ashton looked hurt by his actions but this question was lurking around my head.

Why is Mrs. Ashton here?

Oh my gosh, this part is so cheesy. I don't even know what I am doing right now and what's going to happen all through the way in this story.😓
