Ch.3 The letter

Third person POV~
Jinx and Lilian arrived back at home and continued with their regular day. Lilian washed the organs and hid them as planned and Jinx was in her room napping as per usual.
Lilian's POV~
"There all done." I said with pride. I was confident that no one would find my stashes of organs. "Hmm... my collection looks a bit boring... maybe I should start collecting body parts." I said to myself with a devilish grin. Just then there was a knock at the door. "Who the hell would be knocking at the door... more importantly how the fuck did they find this place?" I questioned myself as I went down the stairs. I looked at the security cameras to see that no one was outside instead there was an envelope sitting on the ground. I opened the door and picked up the envelope.
To Jinx and Lilian is what was on the front. The envelope it's self was a dark purple and the ink was a pretty white. I walked back into the house and walked into the kitchen. I sat, what I assumed was a letter on the kitchen table. Just then I heard a loud thud. "What the hell?"
Jinx's POV~
"FUCK!!!" I sweared aloud. After realizing that I had fallen out of the bed, I sighed and got up an went to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and got in the shower, not noticing the crack in the wall. Next thing I knew, the tub had broke. Lily came running and banged on the protective shield on the bathroom entrance. "JINX DID YOU BREAK THE TUB AGAIN??" She asked/screamed. "Hehehehehehe.... we aaaallll float." I stated while swimming in the water (yes I made a TikTok reference of all things. I've been watching a lot of mha tiktoks so...yea). She was not amused at my statement to say the least. I used my magic to get rid of all the water and dried myself. "You should've drowned." Lily said with a glare. I sarcastically held my hand to my heart. "Aww lily why must you wound me so" I said with sarcasm dripping from my mouth. She scoffed and walked away from the bathroom. "Oh and there's is a letter for us downstairs." She said before leaving. I left the bathroom and went to the closet to get some clothes. I grabbed my black oversized sweater and went down the stairs, to the kitchen. I looked at the letter and opened it. "You have any idea how they found this place?" I asked with slight concern. "No clue..." replied lily. I read the letter out loud. "Congrats! You have been recommended to join Ender Academy." I read. Before I could continue reading Lily stopped me. "Wait a minute... Recommended?" She asked. "Yea... that's what it says" I simply replied. "Who could've recommended us... no one should know that we are even alive." She said clearly concerned. "You're right..." lily trailed off. "What if father found us?" She asked. Just hearing those words made me pissed off. "I remember mother said something about him being the principal of some school. Could this be the one?" She asked now getting pissed. I had to take time to think about the situation. "We're going" I said bluntly. "WHAT?!" She asked/yelled. "WHY THE FUCK WOULD WE GO IF THERE IS A CHANCE THIS IS THE SCHOOL?!" She continued. "If he is there then he is going to pay for everything he has done... he is the reason that mother is gone and we need to know why he wants us go to this damn school which he will most likely tell us because nine times out of ten, he will want talk to us privately to 'catch up'." I explained. Lily took time to think about her options. "Ok... just promise me something..." she trailed off. "What is it?" I asked. "Promise me you won't kill him." I sighed at the statement. I could smell the fear and heartache radiating off of her. She knows that I can't promise her that I won't kill her father... she is just waiting for the moment I say the words. I signed at the thought. "Lily... you know just as well as I do that I can't make a promise on something like this." I said bluntly. Lily wiped the tear from eye and looked up at me. "Then at least don't make it too painful for him... just give him a quick death." She said with a crack in her voice. Her statement caught me off guard but I could see how sincere she was. I have a slight chuckle. "Ok then... you have my word." I said in agreement.
Lilian's POV~
Although it hurt to know that my sister might one day, be the one to kill my father... it didn't hurt as much. Every since that day, Jinx has hated father. He abused her for being the way she is. He pushed her sanity to the limits. Even the some of the teachers at the schools said that her humanity is at the lowest levels possible. Even when we were talking about the school, I could feel the insanity dripping from every word that she spoke. Even if she was being true to her word, I can't help but doubt her answer. Sitting at the kitchen table I stared at the letter, almost feeling angry at my father. Even though I still cared for him, it won't be long before I change my mind on how I want him die by the hands of my sister. I almost regret telling Jinx to give him a quick death. "Hey we need to go out and get some stuff." Jinx said, snapping me out of my thoughts. "What for?" I asked. "Well I read the letter again and apparently we will be staying in dorms." She said irritated that she can't break the bath tubs. "Damn that sucks." I said. "Yea it does but I might just come back and stay here most of the time." She said. I rolled my eyes knowing that she'd just stay in Shady woods. I got my shoes on and we left for the town.

A/N~ wow that's a lot of backstory. I wonder what we are going to get from the town (besides food)
