Ch 6: first class

Jinx's POV~
I've set a new record for myself. Murdered 12 people in a day. I was still pissed off at father's words but I didn't let it get to me too much. I had just arrived at our house in the forest. I went in side to take a quick shower and burn the clothes to hide the evidence of the murders. Afterwards I teleported back to the school (glad Lily taught me that spell). It was pretty late at night at the time. I walked to the dormitories, to my room. When I entered the room I saw lily laying on the couch sleeping. I put a blanket over her and walked to my room. I looked at the clock on my nightstand. 1:35 am is what I read on the clock. I decided to rest my eyes for the next few hours. As a dragon, I didn't really need to properly sleep until after graduating the school...assuming I stay for that long.

Le time skip

I opened my eyes and looked over at the clock. 9:00. We had an hour an thirty minutes to eat and go to our first class. I brushed my teeth and took another shower and went to living room to wake Lily. To my surprise she was already making coffee. "Wow you're actually awake." I said surprised. "Yea wouldn't want to late on the first day of class." She replied. I walked over to make some tea for myself. After getting my tea we sat in silence. "Father made it to where we have the same classes." Lilian said breaking the comfortable silence. I let out a soft giggle. "Even though he wants you to kill me he still wants us to be together." I said still giggling. "Yea he's such a dad." Lily said adding on laughter. Still laughing I took out my phone and looked at the time. 9:45. "Hey we should get going." I said getting up to put my cup in the sink. "Alright let's go" Lilian replied already feeling the sadness and depression of going to school kick in. On our way to class we met up with Luis and Ryder. We had the first two classes of the day together. Homeroom and magic training. We entered the room to have all eyes on us. It made me slightly uncomfortable but I shrugged it off. "Why are they staring at us?" Lilian whispered. Before I could answer one of the boys got up and walked up to us. "So you two are the principal's daughters. Ha don't make me laugh." He mocked. We kept a straight face, not amused by the mocking. "You sure talk a lot of shit to know next to nothing about us" Lily replied. "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO!?" The boy yelled. A smirk appeared on my face. "Seems like we are talking to a boy who's head is too far up his own ass." I replied. With that I slammed him into the wall by the window. "I'm only gonna say this once... don't raise your voice at me and think I won't do something about it." I said holding him up by his neck. "Go...to...hell..." he said in between breaths. My eyes widened at his words but then they narrowed. A smirk appeared on my face as I let him down. "Looks like this school isn't all that bad." I said as I walked to a desk. "Hey what's your names anyway?" Lilian came to sit next to me as we waited for the teacher to arrive. "How do you not know our names?" Lilian said rolling her eyes. I laughed at her comment. "Hey, I stopped listening after they said you two were gonna be in our class." He replied. "Well my name is Lilian and this is Jinx." Lilian said. "Lilian and Jinx huh? Pretty cute names." A light blush flushed across Lilian's face. "Hey lily you get any redder and he might think you like him." I laughed. "WHAT THE HELL?!? YOU WANNA DIE??!" She yelled back. "Okay okay I'm sorry haha." I replied still giggling. "Anyway what's your name?" I asked. "The names Soliton." The boy replied with a grin. Just then teacher entered the class. "Hello class!" She chirped. "Today we will take time to get to know each other! From the looks of it some of you already know each other but this will help me get to know you all!" She explained. Everyone went around the class and said their names and favorite foods. Afterwards class went on and immediately became boring. After class we went to our next class, fighting. Lilian and I changed in to our fighting outfits.

Before we made to the class we were stopped by Ryder. "Hey guys, you're in this class too?" He asked. "Yea." Lilian replied. "Oh that's cool! Well let's get inside!" He exclaimed. We all entered the gym and sat on the bleachers. We found out that Luis was also in the class and we talked until the teacher entered. "HELLO CLASS! I AM YOUR FIGHTING INSTRUCTOR FOR THE YEAR! I AM MR. HEELTAN!" The teacher explains. "TODAY WE WILL HAVE CASUAL FIGHTING PRACTICE SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR PARTNER." He continues. Lily and I decided not to fight each other so we chose to fight Ryder and Luis. While walking to my fighting area I noticed a lot of guys staring at me, my exposed thighs to be exact. This didn't really effect me until some guy came up to me. "Damn Jinx you look tasty." He said licking his lips. This pissed me off. "Say some shit like that again and I'll kill you in your fucking sleep." I said irritated. "Ooh you're a feisty one princess. Me likey." He said. "Eat shit and die." I said walking off. "Only for you princess." He called out. I rolled my eyes unimpressed and continued to my fighting space. "What was that all about?" Ryder asked. "Nothing to over analyze. Now let's fight." I said cracking my knuckles.

Lilian's POV~
Luis and I were walking to our fighting space when I noticed some walk up to Jinx. From what I saw he was hitting on her. She told him off and he still kept trying. What I didn't fail to notice was the way that Ryder was looking at them. Specifically, the way he was looking at that guy. He looked pissed. Either way it was funny to watch. I got to my fighting area and cracked my knuckles. "You ready for a royal ass whooping Luis?" I asked. "Those are fighting words Lily." He replied. We spent all class fighting. In the end, I beat Luis's ass. "Wow Luis you really put up a fight." I said panting. "What you thought I was going to let beat me that easily." He said also panting. Soon Jinx and Ryder came over. "Damn Luis, Lily really beat your ass." Jinx said laughing. "I even told her to go easy on you." She continued. "YOU WHAT?!" He said shaking. At that point I started to die of laughter. "H-HEY WHATS SO FUNNY?!" He exclaimed. "It was a joke dumbass." Lily said still laughing. The feeling of relief flushed over Luis as he started to relax. Then Ryder chimes in. "Hey guys why don't we go out to eat tonight?" He asked. I took some time to think about it. "Alright we'll go." I said. "Only if you two pay for our food." Jinx finished. Ryder agreed and we went on our own. Before doing to our next class jinx and I showered and put on some new clothes. After that nothing really exciting happened. The day was mostly getting to know the teachers and fellow students. Turns out that the guy who was hitting on Jinx was in our last class of the day and his name was Linker. That class was basically him hitting on Jinx and her getting more and more pissed off. He even asked her out. She surprisingly agreed under one condition. That he pay for her entire meal and not to touch her. I wasn't surprised that she took it as a chance to get free food. Later that night Ryder and Luis took us to a Chinese restaurant. It was pretty fun and we got to know Luis and Ryder. Jinx told them about how Linker was hitting on her and Ryder was not having it. It was obvious that he liked Jinx and she saw it too. We gave each other a quick glance and laughed a little. Luis barely talked the entire time and I almost started worry. Before we left I pulled him to the side. "Hey Luis you ok?" I asked. I noticed a slight blush flush across but I pretended not to. "O-oh I'm fine. Thanks for asking." He said. "Hmm" I hummed in response and walked off to catch up with Jinx and Ryder and Luis followed quickly behind. Luis and Ryder walked us to our dorm building and then left. "Damn my legs hurt." Jinx complained as we walked to our room. "Oh stop complaining." I said. We walked in silence for a while. "So how does I feel to have two guys fawning over you?" I asked breaking the silence. "Ugh its a nightmare." She said. I laughed at her comment and we continued walking to our room. "You know Luis likes you right?" Jinx asked. "You saw it too?" I said. "It's pretty obvious. To me at least. I've seen the way he looks at you. I think he is really fond of you." Jinx replied. "Hmm" I hummed in response. With that we arrived at our room. "Well I'm tired as fuck and my bed is calling my name. Goodnight." Jinx said walking to her room. "Night" I replied. I walked to my room and got into bed and immediately fell asleep.
