Chapter 3

I woke up and saw Jason holding me tight to him, crying. "Why, why did she sacrifice herself. I-i love her so much." Jason said, crying. I coughed, "Stacey you're alive!" Jason said hugging me tight. "Ughh." I moaned, from the dark magic. "Stacey, please fight it. I.. I don't want you to die." Jason said, while me and my staff started to glow a bright red. "Ugh." I screamed, as the dark magic overwhelmed me. "Stacey? Stacey are you ok?" Jason asked, looking at my eyes turn black. "Oh no. Stacey please fight it." Jason said, while shaking me. "I'm sorry." I said, while grabbing my grey orb and attacking him. Garroth came flying over and grabbed my wrist. "Let go of me!" The demon said, in a deep voice. "Why are you doing this." Garroth asked, as he looked into my eyes. "Dark magic took over her body. You're not talking to Stacey, you're talking to a demon!" Jason yelled, as the demon flung Garroth away. "Then that means." Garroth pulled out his cyan colored orb and aimed it at me. "Mother Light help me please. Send this demon away, and bring back the one who's true!" Garroth chanted, while starting to glow. I started falling to the ground then Jason caught me. I blacked out but somehow I could still hear them. "What did you do to her?" Jason asked, while looking at me. "Don't worry she will be fine, but let's head back to the town and you can explain to me what happened, ok?" Garroth said, while walking over to Jason. When I woke up I was in my house. Crystal was laying on the bed on the other side of the room. I sat up and looked around. "Stacey you're up." Crystal said, walking over to me. "What happened?" I asked, while looking at Crystal. "I think Jason should explain that to you." Crystal said, pointing at Jason, outside the window. "Ok, thanks Crystal." I said, walking towards the door. I opened the door, walked outside, and over to Jason. "H-hey." I said, while looking at Jason. Jason turned around and looked at me."You're ok! I was so worried that Garroth's sp-" Jason was about to finish his sentence when Garroth covered his mouth. I was curious why Garroth covered his mouth. I used an old mind message and read Garroth's mind. "That's why you covered his mouth! Garroth I already know you're parents adopted me. Why are you hiding it!" I cried, while turning away and running into the forest. "Stacey wait!" Jason said, running after me. I ran and ran till I came to a small clearing in the woods with a huge tree in the middle. I climbed the tree and hid. "Stacey where are you?" Jason yelled, while looking around. He didn't seem to notice the giant tree. I wonder why. "Stay quiet and no one gets hurt." A man said, while holding a knife to my neck. "Help!" I screamed just before the man covered my mouth with the other hand. Jason looked up and finally saw the tree I was in. "Stacey I'm coming!" Jason yelled, while transforming. The man pointed and people jumped out of nowhere and started to attack Jason. I struggled to get free from the guy. "Stop moving, or I will have to hurt you." The man said, while me and him jumped down from the tree. Jason knocked them all out then looked at me, he took a step forward. "One more step closer and I'll hurt her." The man said, putting the knife closer to my neck. Jason took a step back "What do you want?" Jason said, looking at the man. "I want the crown of the Domencia princess." The man said, looking at Jason. "Why do you want the crown?" Jason asked, while looking at me. "That is none of your concern." The man said, looking at Jason then at me. "And I think I know how to get it." The man said, while holding the knife even closer to my neck. The man moved his hand away from my mouth, not knowing it. "Why do you want my crown!" I said, while kicking the man, ducking under the knife, and running over to Jason. "Your crown!?" The man said, while staring at me. "Yes my crown. I am Stacey Faith Domencia, Princess of all dimensions!" I yelled, while transforming. "Woah." Jason said, while looking at me. I looked at myself, I was wearing the crown, a long light blue and pink dress, and my hair was half light blue and half pink. I looked back towards the man. "Now will you explain why you want my crown?" I said, while taking a step towards him. "Fine. I am Blake, my boss wants the crown, so he can bring his sister back to life." Blake said, looking at me. "Take us to him." I said, looking at Blake. "Umm, Stacey? You're still in, well- I don't know what to call it." Jason said, while looking at me. "I can't transform back to my original self. Why?" I asked, looking at Jason then at Blake. "It's because that is your original form." Blake said, while looking at me. "Oh, how do I change back?" I asked, while looking at my dress and hair. "You just have to say the form you want to be, then it will do it." Blake said, while keeping his hood up. "Ok. I want to be in my human form." I said, while transforming into my human form. "Um Stacey? Why do you still have the crown, and your hair is still half light blue and half pink." Jason said, while looking at me. "It will do that because her hair was like that since birth, and she still has the crown because no matter what form she's in, she will always have it on, unless she takes it off, and we better get a move on." Blake said, while walking. We followed him to a mountain. Blake whispered something, then the mountain opened up, and we all walked inside. "Why did you bring these intruders here?" A man said, while coming out of a room. "This is Princess Stacey Faith Domencia, and her friend Jason." Blake said, while pointing to us. "So you're telling me that this meif-wa is actually, the princess?" The boss said, while walking around me. "Yes sir, and I can prove it. Stacey if you may." Blake said, motioning me to step forward and transform. "Stacey Faith Domencia, Princess of all dimensions." I said, while transforming. "So you did." The boss said, while reaching for my crown. "Do not touch." I said, while slapping his hand. "Hey! Why I auta.." "That would not be to smart to do, because she can take you down instantly." Jason said, while looking at me then at the boss. "We'll see about that." The boss said, while teleporting us all out of the mountain and into a fighting area. "We'll see who's stronger. Me or the princess." The boss said, while holding a red orb. I pulled out my pink orb, I held it in my hand for about a second before it changed. When I looked at my orb, it was half pink and half light blue, just like my hair and dress. "Stacey, your orb." Jason said, in an amazed tone of voice. "I know Jason." I said, while looking at the boss. "3. 2. 1. Fight!" Another man said, from the other side of the arena. We started attacking each other. Then I flew up and when I got about ten feet high I had a flashback. It was when I was ten, me and my friend where fighting just like this. "Blaze don't use that orb." A woman said, while looking at my friend. I zoned back into the battle arena. I flew down and put my orb away. "Tell me, is your name Blaze?" I asked while looking at the boss. Everyone was dead silent, the man put his orb away and looked at me. "How do you know my name?" Blaze asked, while looking at me. "I had a flashback to when I was ten. We were battling just like this and you're mother told you not to use your red orb. Why is that?" I asked while looking at Blaze. "I'll just show you, but no one else can see." Blaze said, while forming walls around us. "Why can't anyone else see?" I asked while looking at Blaze. "Just do me a favor, don't freak out ok?" Blaze said, while transforming using his red orb. I looked at Blaze in shock. "Your a sh-shadow!" I said, in a scared voice. "Please don't be scared, I-i I just want your crown to get my sister back, I don't want her to turn into what I am. Please princess, do this for me." Blaze said, starting to cry. "Ok, but you can't keep hiding what you are." I said, looking into his eyes. Blaze transformed back into his human form. "I want to be in my human form." I said, while transforming back and the walls go away. Everyone is still silent, "Take me to your sister." I said, while looking at Blaze. Blaze and I went into the mountain and in the room in the back of the shelter. "Here she is." Blaze said, pointing to a four year old girl covered in black and red dust. I took y crown off and made it hover over the little girl. "Step back, ok?" I said, looking at Blaze. He nodded his head then took a step back. "Domencia crown, help me now, heal this girl and free her please." I said, starting to glow a bright light blue and a bright pink. "Free the one through and true." The little girl started to glow, the red and black dust went away. "Wh-where am I?" The little girl said, looking around. "Sophie!" Blaze said, running over and hugging his sister. "Blazie!" Sophie said, while hugging her brother back. "Blazie?" I said, starting to laugh. "My little sister is only six so I let her call me Blazie." Blaze said, while looking at me. "Thank you miss." Sophie said, while walking over to me. "No pro-" I was about to finish my sentence when Jason came running into the room. "Stacey! Essence-here, Blake-hurt" Jason said, while breathing heavily. "Deep breath then speak." I said, looking at Jason. "Essence is here, and Blake is hurt, come quick!" Jason said, while grabbing my wrist. I had a flashback then popped back to reality. "Ok let's go, and Blaze I might need your help, Sophie stay here." I said, pulling Blaze along with us. We ran outside and to the top of the mountain. Blake was laying on the ground unconscious. "Blake!" I yelled, running over to his side. I lifted his head and took off my crown. Blaze came running over to me. "Stacey do you need help?" Blaze asked, while looking at me. "Can you keep Essence busy while I heal Blake." I asked while pulling out my orb. "On it." Blaze said, running over to Essence. I put a sound proof barrier around me and Blake, then made the crown float over him. "Domencia crown heal him please. Save my friend from death. Heal the one I love." I said, starting to cry. "Hurt the one who hurt him." I finished the chant starting to glow. I went into my real form and healed Blake. I hugged him tight crying. "I don't want to lose you." I said, looking into his eyes. "Stacey, Essence he's-" Blake was about to finish his sentence, when the barrier broke and a silver ball came flying at me, braking my wings. "Ahh!" I screamed, falling down and rolling off the mountain. "Stacey!" Blake said, running after me. I hit my head off a tree then stopped rolling. "Stacey are you ok?" Blake said, while looking at me. "Yeah, I'm ok. My wings hurt though." I said, looking at my wings that matched my dress and hair. "We better get back up to the arena and help fight. Once we are up there, can you make a barrier so no one can get out, and make a little room in the corner and stay there ok?" Blake said, helping me up. "Ok." I said, pulling out my half pink and half light blue orb. We walked up to the arena and saw Blaze fighting Essence. I put my crown on, "Stacey Faith Domencia, Princess of all dimensions." I said, while transforming. I put a barrier around the arena so no one could get in or out without me knowing. I made a little corner into a secret hiding spot and went inside. I sat down after putting furniture inside, "Essence you will never win! Good always will rise above evil! Especially when the last surviving member of the Domencia family will defeat you!" Blake yelled, from inside the barrier. I leaned out of the door and looked around. I saw Jason in his wolf form, he was as tall as an alpha. I wonder if he is an alpha. I saw Blake and Blaze working together, to fight Essence. I saw Essence throw a black ball at Jason, "Jason watch out!" I yelled, running over to him then putting a shield up. "Thanks." Jason said, while putting his hand on my shoulder. "No problem." I said, while putting the shield around us down. "So the little princess is out of hiding. I see." Essence said, while coming towards me. "Not a step closer!" Jason growled, while going into his human form. "Aww, I just wanna have a little fun." Essence said, while coming closer. "Leave them alone!" Blaze and Blake yelled, while running over to us. "Grr, you two again?" Essence growled, while putting them in a magic proof cage. "Let them go!" I said, starting to glow. "What is the little princess gonna throw a shoe at me? Essence said, while laughing. "That's it!" I yelled, starting to glow really bright. "Aww, did I make the baby sad?" Essence said, while laughing even more."That is the last time you are gonna make fun of me." I said, holding my orb in my hand tight. "What are you gonna hurt your real brother? Like you'd ever do that to me." Essence said, laughing. "I don't care if you are my brother or not! You are my enemy and that is it!" I said, starting to attack him. "You're so weak, and yet you're older than me, how sad." Essence said, while blocking all my attacks. I started to glow white, I attacked Essence again, and he fell to the ground. "H-how did you? Impossible mom and dad died! I killed them! There is no way you have their powers!" Essence said, starting to get back up. "You did what!" I screamed, starting to glow even more until I lit up the whole barrier. Essence fell back down to the ground, then I de-transformed and fell. "Stacey!" Blake, Blaze, and Jason yelled, running over to me. I was lying on the ground then the barrier broke. "Uhh. What happened?" I asked, sitting up slowly. Jason sat down next to me, and helped me sit up. "You got angry when you found out Essence killed your parents." Jason said, looking at my crown. "What did you mean by "I don't care if you are my brother or not?" Blake asked, looking at me. "I-i, *sign* He's my brother. I had a flashback when Jason told me he was here. I didn't tell you guys because I thought you would hate me." I said, looking at them starting to cry. "Let's just change the subject." Blaze said, helping me up off the ground. "Hey, um Stacey? Can I talk to you in private please?" Jason said, Looking at me. "Uh, sure." I said, looking at Jason. He grabbed my hand and walked down the side of the mountain with me. We got to a little flat area and sat in the grass. "So um, I-i." I was about to finish talking when Jason kissed me. My face turned red, "Sorry I just- I don't know what came over me. I'll go out si-" Jason was about to finish his sentence when I kissed him back. "So, um. Does that mean you like me back?" Jason asked, looking into my eyes. "Do I have blue and pink hair?." I said, looking at him. "So, it's a yes?" Jason said, starting to laugh. "Yes." I said, starting to laugh as well. "So um, do you want to be my g-girlfriend?" Jason said, looking at me. "Y-yes." I said, in shock that he wants me to be his girlfriend. Jason and I both walked back up the mountain holding hands. Blake and Blaze stared at us, then pointed to Essence who was in a cage glowing. I walked towards the cage, while Jason followed me. "You could have joined my side sister." Essence said, while looking at me. "Why would I join your side? You are evil and I am good, we are polar opposites." I said, while turning to walk away from him. Essence grabbed my hand, "Why join these people when they don't respect you for who you really are." Essence said, looking at me. "Let go of me." I said, while trying to pull my hand away. Essence gripped my hand tighter, "Listen to me sis." Essence said, pulling me towards the cage. "Let my girlfriend go, Essence!" Jason said, while walking towards the cage. "Aww, you need your little boyfriend to protect you, how sad." Essence said, while holding my wrist tighter. "Let go of my wrist Essence, you're hurting me." I said, falling to my knees. "Essence let her go now!" Jason said, starting to get angry. "Not until I drain every last bit of her powers." Essence said, while laughing. "Ahh!" I screamed, just before passing out. When I woke up I was in the room where Sophie was earlier. I sat up slowly looking around. I tried to move my left hand but just made it hurt. "Gah!" I said, from the pain. Jason walked in and saw that I was awake. "Hey, are you ok?" Jason asked, while sitting down by my feet. "Other that my hand hurting, I think so." I said, looking at my hand then at Jason. "What happened to Essence?" I asked, while looking around the room. "He got away, after draining your powers. I'm sorry I could not stop him without getting hurt." Jason said, after showing me his arm. "L-let me try to heal you, p-please I want to try." I said, looking at his arm then at my pink necklace. "Ok, but how?" Jason asked, while letting me touch his arm. "You'll see." I said, holding my necklace in one hand and laying my other hand on his arm. I started to hum a little song in my head. We both started to glow, then his arm was healed and so was my wrist. "Woah, how did you do that? I thought he took all of your powers." Jason said, looking at me. "He did, but he does not know that I have my real mother's amulet, my mother said to only use it if Essence turned evil, and took my powers." I said, looking at my necklace. "Then you still might be able to take down Essence?" Jason said, standing up. "No, I-i I don't know if it will work." I said, standing up and grabbing his hand. "Please you have to try, I'll be right by your side, I promise." Jason said, looking into my eyes. "Ok I'll try, But we should have the others there and make sure they hide so he can only see you and me ok?" I said, walking to the door. "Ok, we'll be up on the top of the mountain." Jason said, while following me out the door. I walked up to the top and made sure I knew where everyone was hiding. Jason stood next to me holding my hand. I felt Essence's presence, "Come out Essence, I know you are here." I said, while looking around. Essence came out and looked right at me. "How sad, my dear sister still trying to beat me, even when she has no powers." Essence said, taunting me. "We'll see about that." I said, holding the necklace with both of my hands. I started to sing out loud. "When the sun and moon collide, I'll be waiting." I sang, starting to glow. "For you to come back." I finished singing while holding the necklace. "What how? That's mom's necklace. You should not be able to use it." Essence said, starting to glow a dark black. "Mother gave it to me the day before you killed her!" I yelled while my eyes started to glow. "Like you even know how to use her power." Essence said, while throwing dark magic at me. I started humming, then a shield went up. Essence growled. I hummed a tune in my head, then water came out of nowhere, and hit Essence. Essence split into ten, then started attacking me again. I hummed a tune my mother used to sing to put me to sleep. The clones disappeared and the real Essence fell asleep. I was about to fall backwards when Jason caught me, and laid me down gently on his lap. "Stacey are you ok?" Jason asked, looking into my eyes. "Y-yeah I'm ok, just a little worn out." I said, standing up slowly. I walked over to Essence and laid my hand on his arm, I started to sing. "Flowers gleam and glow, let my power shine, make it return, bring back what once was mine." I sang, as we both started to glow. My powers returned to me, then I put Essence in a glass cage that is magic proof. "Stacey, you have your powers back." Jason said, hugging me tight. "I know." I said, smiling and hugging him back. Blake and Blaze came out of hiding and walked over to us. "A-are you two dating?" Blaze asked, while looking at us. "Y-yes." Jason said, looking at Blaze. "Ugh." Essence groaned, while waking up. I growled, starting to glow. "Calm down Stacey, It's going to be ok." Jason said, holding my hand. I calmed down, and looked at Essence, still glowing. "Let me out or I will kill you all!" Essence said, looking at me. "Oh my dear sister, I didn't mean to hurt you." Essence said, starting to laugh. I growled again, and took a step towards the glass. Jason pulled me back to him. "Don't." Jason whispered, in my ear. I calmed myself down again, looking at Essence. "What need your boyfriend to protect you?" Essence said, looking at Jason. Essence's eyes started to glow. "No, I can protect myself." I said, glaring at him. "Aww come on sis, I just want to have a little fun." Essence said, looking at Jason again. Essence started to glow a bright red and a dark black. "You will not hurt him!" I said, standing in front of Jason, while my eyes started to glow. "Too late." Essence said, pointing to Jason. I turned around and saw Jason lying on the ground bleeding. "No!" I said, starting to glow even more. "Get Jason out of here now!" I said, to Blake and Blaze. They picked him up and got him out of here. "Now for you." I said, turning around to face Essence. I put a barrier up around the arena so he could not escape. I got rid of the glass cage. "What are you letting me go?" Essence said, looking at me. "Nope." I said, making my rainbow staff appear. "So a battle?" Essence said, looking at me. I nodded my head yes. Essence made his demonic staff appear, "I see you got your staff fixed, after I broke it." I said, looking at Essence. "Enough with the chit chat, let's fight." Essence said, throwing the first attack. I teleported behind him and knocked him down. Essence flew up, knowing I can't get to him because he broke my wings. I used my staff to make a ball, and released it at Essence. Essence quickly dodged it and attacked me. I dodged it, then my eyes glowed again. "How weak can you be sis?" Essence said, deflecting all my attacks. I got angry and my eyes started to glow even more, my staff started glowing as well. My wings healed themselves, and I started to fly. "That is it! You can not call me weak!" I yelled, then flew at Essence and knocked him down to the ground. Essence dropped his staff and it broke into a million pieces. Essence laid on the ground motionless. I flew down to him, I was scared. I know there is still good in him, but I didn't mean to kill him. I aimed my staff at him, while starting to glow white. After I stopped glowing I fell to my knees, Essence started breathing again, "Wh-what the?" Essence said, sitting up slowly. "Luis!" I said, crawling towards Essence. "L-Light, you remember my real name. But how?" Luis/ Essence said, looking at me. "I-i." I stuttered, I was nervous, because I don't know if he is good or evil. Luis must be good if he called me by my nickname. I smiled, then Luis helped me stand up. The barrier broke, and Blaze came running to me. "Essence!?!? Let her go!" Blaze said, pulling me away from Luis. "St-stop, h-he's g-good." I stuttered, trying to talk. "Sorry Stacey, I didn't know. What happened to you?" Blaze said, while picking up my staff. "She used to much of her powers fighting me, and also healing me." Luis said, helping me walk. "Ok, well lets bring her back to the place." Blake said, leading the way. Luis brought me into the back room and laid me on one of the beds. "Get your rest sis. You need it." Luis said, walking out of the room. I looked around and saw Jason laying on the bed in the corner of the room. Blaze came in, so I pretended to be asleep. Blaze set my staff at the end of my bed then left. I opened my eyes and grabbed my staff. I used it to walk over to Jason. I sat in the chair next to him, "St-stacey?" Jason said, sitting up slowly. "Yes, I'm here." I said, with a pain in my chest. "You should get some rest." Jason said, looking at me. "You two." I said, walking back over to my bed. I put my staff at the end of the bed and went to sleep. When I woke up I saw Jason sitting next to me. "Stacey are you ok, I heard a noise coming from over here, then when I looked around, you were gone. Where did you go?" Jason asked, looking at me with his hand on his arm. "I-i I don't know." I said, sitting up slowly. "Weird." Jason said, while Luis walked in the room. "Stacey can I talk to you alone please." Luis said, walking over to me. "Sure." I said, reaching for my staff. "It's ok, I got to go anyway. I'll be back to check on you." Jason said, heading out the door and closing it behind him. "Stacey, you have to try and control the power that is in that necklace. Or else someone can get hurt. It is really powerful because it is our mother's, Queen Claire Of All Dimensions." Luis said, looking at the necklace as it started to glow. "I got our father, King Derek Of All Dimensions staff." Luis said, looking at the necklace as it glowed even more. "Every time you mention our parents names it starts to glow. Why?" I said, holding the necklace in my hand. "I don't know." Luis said, looking at my staff. "I better get going, later sis." Luis said, heading towards the door. "Later." I said, looking at the necklace. I was sitting on the bed staring at it for about an hour. "Hey, are you ok?" Jason said, holding his arm and looking at me. I looked up at him. "I'm ok. Don't worry about it." I said, looking at Jason's arm. "Are you ok?" I said, pointing to his arm, that was still bleeding a little. He nodded his head and sat in the chair next to the bed. "So um. Do you want to go on a walk with me?" Jason asked, looking into my eyes. "S-sure." I said, grabbing my staff. "Ok, let's go." Jason said, holding my hand. I started to blush while we walked out the door. "Miss you should really be asleep, you need your rest." Sophie said, looking at me. "It's ok, we're just gonna go out for a bit." Jason said looking down at Sophie. Sophie nodded her head and let us pass. We walked out the front door and down the mountain into the forest. Every time I walked past a tree the leaves changed their color. "That's weird." I whispered, to myself trying not to let Jason hear me. We kept walking till my leg started to hurt. "C-can we take a little break? My leg hurts." I asked, looking at Jason. "Sure." Jason said, helping me sit down by a tree. I laid my staff on the ground next to me, then put one hand on my necklace, and one hand on my leg, and started to sing. I started to glow and so did the necklace. After me and the necklace stopped glowing, my leg was healed. I tucked the necklace in my cloak pocket and looked at the sky. "The sky is beautiful, isn't it?" I said, looking at Jason. "Not as beautiful as you." Jason said, starting to blush a bright red. I started to blush as well. "Th-thank y-you." I said, blushing even more. Jason smiled then looked up at the sky. It was night time. "We should head back." Jason said, standing up and reaching out to help me up. I nodded and grabbed his hand. I picked up my staff and we headed back to the mountain. Jason opened the door and we walked inside. When we got inside everything was destroyed. "Oh my Queen Clair. Oh-uh sorry Stacey." Jason said, looking at me. "It's ok." I said, walking over to a hole in the ceiling. "Is anyone here?" I yelled, looking around the room.
