Chapter 12

"Sasha." I said, looking at Angel. "Uh what?" Angel said, looking at me. "Sasha. There's somethings that the book can't tell you but I can." I said, moving my purple hair away from my eye and changed my eyes back to light blue and pink. "There was supposed to be three princesses. Me, Alina, and Sasha were supposed to be triplets but at birth something went wrong. I was born at the same time as Sasha but the thing is. Sasha died at birth. So it was only me and Alina. Since Sasha died at birth and I was born at the exact same time as her, Sasha's soul went into my body. Alina was born two minutes afterwards. My eyes change color when I get mad because of Sasha's soul being inside of me. If I get really angry then Sasha takes over my body." I said, covering my pink colored eye again. "How did Sasha die at birth? If you don't mind me asking." Angel asked, looking at me. "It was-" Before I could finish my sentence we heard a loud banging on the door. We all got up and went to the door. "Jace, Kat. Come quick." Mya said, running off towards the statue. "Why did she run off towards the statue?" Jace said, looking at me. "I think I might know why. Come on!" Angel said, running out the door. We followed her all the way to the statue. Just when I got there, I saw a statue of my mother standing right next to the statue of me. "When did the statue of Queen Clair get built?" I asked, looking at Mya. "That's just it. No one built it." Mya said, looking at me. The statue of my mother started to glow. Then my mother appeared in front of her statue. Everyone bowed, including me. "Rise my dear, Stacey." Mom put her hand on my shoulder. "You need to go back to your village FoxFire. The Shadow Souls are attacking. Take your memories back from the star and save your village. Please Light. I know you want to forget your past but you have to help them." Mother said, as I stood up. "Queen Clair, mother, I can't. I said, I wasn't going back there." I said, looking at her. "I'm not taking no for an answer. You can take two people with you. You need to hurry. I'll accompany you and two others just in case you need help." She said, making her staff appear. "Fine." I said, as everyone else stood up and stared at me. "Kat I'm coming with you." Jace said, looking at me. "No Jace. I need you here, with the kids." I said, looking at Jace. "Angel can you look after the kids?" Jace asked, looking at Angel. "Of course." Angel said, holding the kids hands. "Thank you." Jace said, looking at Angel. "Grayson, will you come with me, Jace, and my mother." I said, looking at him. "It would be an honor." Grayson said, looking at me and my mother. "Ok then. We'll leave at dark. That's the only time I can get my memories back from the star." I said, looking at them. "Ok. Queen Clair, you can stay at mine and Kat's house until it's dark if you'd like." Jace said, looking at my mother. "Thank you Jace." Queen Clair said as her and Jace walked off.. "Wait so Kat is Stacey!?" Mya said, looking at me. "Can we just not talk about this please. After tonight I want everything to go back to what it was." I said, walking off to the front gate. I sat outside the gate looking at the sky. "Kat. Is everything ok?" Angel said, walking over to me. "I just want everything to go back to what it was before my mom came." I said, looking up at her. "I know how you feel." Angel said, as it turned night. "I better go watch the kids, I'll send Queen Clair and Jace over." Angel said walking off. A few minutes later my mom, Jace, and Grayson came over to me. "Are you ready?" Mom said, looking at me. I stood up and made a star come down and grabbed the ball of memories and they glowed. I put the star back up in the sky and nodded my head. "Let's teleport then." Mom said, teleporting us to FoxFire. "Let's go." Queen Clair said, looking at us. "One sec mom." I said, taking off my ring and turning it into my staff. I transformed back to what I looked like before I erased my memory and I changed my ears and tail back to a vulpini's. "Alright let's go." I said, as the star necklace appeared on my neck. We went to the front gate and saw Jason talking to Garroth. "Stacey!" Jason said, running over and hugging me. We all went inside the barrier. It was a few minutes later when the Shadow Souls started making the barrier crack. "I'll fix the barrier, Jason, Grayson, Jace, mom, and Garroth go fight them. Everyone else go into the safe house." I said, pulling out my half pink half blue orb. "On it." Everyone said, running off. "Stacey Faith Domencia, Queen Of All Dimensions." I said, flying up and using all my power to fix the barrier. After I finished patching up the whole barrier, I flew down, de-transformed, and helped my mom and everyone else. "Everyone, get behind me. Even you mother." I said, as they all went behind me. "Light Faith Domencia, Princess Of The Stars and Queen Of All Dimensions." I said, transforming. I made a huge ball of light form and all the Shadow Souls disappeared back to their dimension. I de-transformed and fell to my knees. "Can we go back now mom?" I asked, out of breath. "If that's what you want." Queen Clair said, teleporting Jace, Grayson, me, and herself back to the woods outside the capitol. "Thank you mom." I said, slowly standing up. "Your welcome. If you ever want to talk to me, anyone of you, just talk to the statue." Queen Clair said, just before disappearing. I transformed back to what Kat looked like hair and all, and made my staff turn into a ring. "You alright Sta- err I mean Kat?" Grayson asked, looking at me. "Just a little tired, I might have used to much magic." I said, putting my ring on my finger. "Let's get you home to rest. Grayson, get Mya and guard the front gate. I'll switch you and Mya out with two new guards in the morning. The Shadow Souls know she's weak and they'll try to attack." Jace said, wrapping my arm around him. "Yes sir." Grayson said, as we got to the front gate. Mya was standing there guarding the front gate. Grayson went over and talked to Mya. She nodded her head as we walked inside the gate. We went to the house and saw Angel sitting at the table reading a book. "Let me guess." She whispered. "You used your real name." Angel whispered, looking up at us. I nodded my head, to weak to talk. "You two can head to bed, the kids are already asleep." Angel said, standing up. "I'll stop by in the morning to check up on you guys." Angel whispered, walking out the door. Jace helped me into my room. "I'll check on you in the morning. Night Kat." Jace whispered, kissing me. "Night." I whispered, back. I fell asleep and started having visions. I woke up and looked at Neko to make sure she was still asleep. Neko was still asleep, so I snuck out of the house and went over to the statue of my mom. I sat there looking at her. "Mom. I started having visions again. Can you tell me why?" I asked, looking at her statue. "I'm sorry Stacey but you have to work that out, without my help." Queen Clair said, as her voice faded away. "Thanks for your help." I said, getting up and walking back to the house. I went inside and went back to sleep. It was two months later when everyone finally forgot that I was Queen Stacey or well Queen Light. I was actually glad everyone forgot I was her, it was a little hard to explain everything to everyone and answer all their questions. I was relaxing in the grass while Neko and Wren played. I lost my powers because of the solar and lunar eclipse happening at the same time. It only happens once every ten year. It's really annoying and out of all the days I had to lose my powers last night and they're gone for a whole week. Mya came running to me. "Kat it's Jace. He's been attacked while patrolling. Hurry!" Mya said, running off. "Kids go to Angel's tailor shop and stay there." I said, as they ran up to me. "Yes mom." They said, running to Angel's shop. I ran to the front gate and saw Jace laying on the ground. I ran over and sat next to him. "Are you okay? What happened?" I asked, looking at him. He could barely move none the less even talk. I held his hand and started to cry. "Please be ok. You have to be ok." I whispered, as tears rolled down my face. Tears landed on him as I kept crying. "Please please please. You have to be okay. Mother please help me." I said, as a necklace appeared in front of me. It looked like there was a alicorn tear on it. I grabbed it and set it in Jace's hand still crying. "Please work." I said, crying. His hand glowed and his wound healed and only a scar was left showing. I hugged him, whipping away the tears. "I'm alright. I promise." Jace said, holding my hand. "I'm gonna kill them. That is the last time they hurt someone I love!" I said, as my eye turned black. "Kat, please calm down. Your eye is turning black. Please. I'll be alright." Jace said, looking at me. I stared into Jace's eyes as I calmed down and my eye changed back to light blue. I helped Jace up and we went back to the house. A little while later Jace fell asleep along with the kids. The whole capital was asleep except for the two guards at the front gate and me. I tried to fall asleep but I just couldn't. I went outside and sat on the hill outside of the walls. I just couldn't think straight. I don't know why. I looked up at the stars as they glowed in the moonlight. I was about to head back when I heard a scream. I ran in the direction it came from. "Help!" Someone screamed. It was two children being attacked by Shadow Souls. "Leave them alone!" I said, taking my ring off and turning it into my staff. "You finally showed up. Good to see you Queen Light." One shadow soul said, laughing. "Leave those kids alone or else." I said, making my staff glow. "We need them. They are the last two full blooded vulpini's left in all the dimensions." The other one said, looking at them then at me. "No they aren't." I said, transforming back to how I looked before changing my ears, tail, and hair. My vulpini ears twitched as I felt a presence behind me. I swung around and knocked the person down to the ground. "Will you please get off me, Stacey." Garroth said, looking at me. "Garroth, why are you here?" I said, looking at him. "I'll explain later. Get those two kids out of here. I'll take care of these two Shadow Souls." Garroth said, looking at me. "Be careful." I said, as I changed my hair, ears, and tail back and put my staff away. I motioned the kids to follow me and we ran off. When we were a safe distance away, we stopped to take a break. "Are you a vulpini by blood or by magic?" The girl asked, looking at me. "Blood. When I was little I was born, I was a vulpini but my parents knew that I would be targeted because of the upcoming war. So they changed my ears and tail to a meif-wa's and since then I thought I was a meif-wa but one day I transformed and my ears and tail were a vulpini's. I have a question for you two." They looked at me. "Where are your parents?" I asked, looking at them. They looked down at the ground. "They died in the war. Before they left to go fight in the war they hid us in a cave not too far from here. It was months later and they never came back. We found out by a traveler that all the vulpini's had died in the war." The boy said, as his sister started to cry. "Ender. It's ok. We'll be okay." The boy said, hugging his sister. "Seth. How do you know we'll be okay? Mom and dad are dead and we don't even know this person. She could just be tricking us." My mom flew down from the sky. "I assure you she is not lying." She said, looking at the children. "Queen Clair!" The kids said, bowing. "Rise my dears. She isn't lying. She was born as a vulpini." Mom said, just before disappearing. "I wish mom would stop doing that." I said, realizing what I just said, then covering my mouth. "Wait! You're Stacey Faith Domencia, The Queen Of All Dimensions!" The girl said, smiling. I looked at the stars. "Not anymore." I said, making a star come down and land in my hand. I transferred my memories into it and made it go back up in the sky. "Uh ok?" The boy said, as my ears twitched. "Get behind me!" I said, grabbing my staff. Shadow Souls came out of the darkness and pulled Garroth behind them. "Give us the kids and no one gets hurt." One said, looking at me. "Not a chance." I said, as my staff glowed. "Since you won't give them to us peacefully, we'll have to take them by force." He said, as two stayed near Garroth and the rest ran towards us. "Kids. Run to the village. Have them get Jace. Give him this piece of paper. Hurry!" I said, handing them a piece of paper. "But- Go!" I said, blocking the Shadow Souls from chasing them. They ran as I fought to keep them away. "I didn't want to do this but you leave me no choice." I said, taking off my cloak. My wings grew big and stars swirled around me. Kat Clover Faith, Princess Of The Stars. (I changed my name to transform. Obviously.)" I said, transforming. Stars formed a crown and a long cloak. My ears and tail turned brown with purple tips. My staff glowed and sent the four Shadow Souls flying. The other two left Garroth un-guarded and ran to attack me. I fell to my knees from using too much power. They were about to hit me with their swords when Jace ran over and blocked it with his sword. I fell over and passed out. "Kat!" Jace yelled, as I fell onto the ground. Five weeks later, I woke up and saw Jace sitting next to me. "Kat!" He hugged me. "Are you okay?" Jace said, looking at me. "I feel weak." I said, looking at him. "I wouldn't be surprised. You were passed out for five weeks." Jace said, helping me sit up. "F-five weeks? Is anything going on in the capitol?" I said, looking at him. "Yeah actually. Today is the day Stacey Faith Domencia was announced as the Princess Of All Dimensions." Jace said, as my eyes glowed for a minute. I shook my head, as I saw Jace staring at my eyes. "Sorry. I know you don't like to hear about it." Jace said, noticing that I was confused. "You erased your memory again. Didn't you?" Jace said. I nodded my head. "Oh. Hey Kat. You know those kids you told to come here." I nodded my head. "If you don't mind. They're living with us now." Jace said, looking at me. "I don't mind. The house will be a little crowded but it's fine." I said, looking at him. "I have a surprise for you after you get dressed. Come outside and I'll show you." He said, walking out and closing the door. I got up and changed into another outfit. I noticed my cloak was folded neatly with a note on it. "I fixed the patch on your cloak for you. I figured you wouldn't mind. From Angel." It said. I put the cloak on and went outside the bedroom. It was empty. I went outside and saw Jace. "Follow me and no peeking until I say you can look." Jace said, holding my hand. "Ok. I said, blushing. He lead me around the village while I had my eyes closed. "Open them." Jace said, letting go of my hand. I opened my eyes and in front of me was a five floor house with a sign on it. The sign said "Jace and Kat's house." I smiled and hugged Jace. He started to blush. "Grayson and that other guy helped me build it. "Other guy?" I said, looking at Jace. "I think he said his name was Garroth." Jace said, looking at me. "Do you know where he is?" I asked, as my eyes glowed. "He went back to Firefox. I think he said the name was. But I'm not sure." Jace said, looking at me. I stared at the blue orchids that were planted by the door of our new house. "Kat. Are you okay?" Jace asked, looking at me. "Hmm? Yeah. I'm just, gonna go get some air. I'll be back later." I said, walking out of the capitol and into the woods. The star with my memories appeared. It gave me back my memories then disappeared. "Teleport me to thee village of Firefox." I said, looking at a star on my necklace. It teleported me outside of the village, in the woods. A bird chirped next to me. "Can I help you Queen Stacey?" The bird said, looking up at me. "Can you give a note to Garroth Neverstone." I said, pulling out the note. "Of course. Is he in the village?" It asked, looking at the village. "He should be." I said, giving the bird the note. "I'll be back." It said, flying off. "Thanks." I said, sitting by a tree. How did that bird know I was Queen Stacey? Maybe she saw when I changed and everything. A few minutes later Garroth was here along with the little bird. "Thank you." I said, as it looked at me. "Your welcome your highness. See you later." It said, flying off. "Your up and about. That's good to see. How are you feeling?" Garroth said, looking at me. "I still feel weak but I'll be okay." I said, looking at Garroth. "Don't worry. I didn't tell anyone you were at the capitol." Garroth said, looking at me. "Thanks. I have to go. Thanks for helping Jace build a house. I'm glad to see you're okay." I said, holding my necklace with one hand. "Okay. I hope to see you around." Garroth said, walking off. "Teleport me to the Capitol." I said, teleporting away. I put my necklace away and started heading back to the capitol when I was ambushed. Bandits surrounded me. I pulled off my ring and transformed it into my staff. "I told you it was her." One said, to another. "Get her and let's get out of here." Another one said. They surrounded me. "Leave me alone!" I said, as the purple in my staff started to glow. They attacked me from behind. I screamed as I fell to the ground. "Good. Now let's get out of- Stop right there!" Grayson said, pulling out his sword. "Leave Katherine alone!" Another guard said. "This is none of your business so stay out of it." The boss said, looking at them. The bandit tied my hands together and gave my staff to one of the other bandits. My ears twitched as I heard someone come up behind the bandit that was pulling me up to my feet. Jace punched the bandit. He fell to the ground. Jace untied my hands. "Are you okay?" Jace said, looking at me. "Yeah, thanks." I said, looking at him. "You and your stupid friends." The boss said, looking at me. I looked away from Jace and at the boss. The boss pulled out an amulet that looked like my mothers. "Wait. Is that- My mother's amulet." I interrupted Jace. "Give it back!" I said, looking at him. "Sorry. But I can't do that." He said, making it glow. He aimed it at Jace. "No!" I said, pulling out my amulet and reflecting the spell. "Grr." He growled. "Give me my mother's amulet now!" I said, as my eyes glowed. My staff came flying to me. "Thanks Grayson." I said, looking at the boss. "How did you?- I can see all movements while my eyes are glowing." I said, interrupting him. My mother's amulet glowed again as I held my amulet and staff. "Give me my mother's amulet or so help me I will call upon my true form!" I said, as my eyes glowed brighter. "Call upon your true form. Scare the ones you love!" The boss said, looking at everyone. "They know part of my secret. I'm not scared to show them the rest!" I said, transforming back to what I looked like as Light. "Light Faith Domencia, Queen Of All Dimensions, and Heir To The Throne Of The Casona (Cas-oh-nah) World!" I said, transforming. Everyone stared at me in shock as my hair turned blonde and the tips turned purple. My ears and tail stayed the same. My eyes turned all light blue. My dress turned blue with pink stars and pink hearts and a long purple cloak with white stars and white hearts appeared. "Now give me my mother's amulet!" I said, as my eyes glowed. I made a ball of light appear and aimed it at him. "Greg Kingston Fire, Prince Of The Wind Dimension." He said, transforming. "Wait. G-greg. N-no. It's not you. This can't be true!" Mya said, running off. "Jace go check on Mya. I'll stay here and help Kat." Grayson said, looking at Greg. "On it." Jace said, running off. "This is against you and me. Don't bring your pathetic friends into this." Greg said, aiming the amulet at Grayson and the other guard. "Leave them out of this!" I said, running over and blocking Grayson and the other guard. A black ball of darkness hit me and I fell to the ground. "Kat!" Grayson said, looking at me. Another black ball appeared. I slowly stood up and dropped my staff. I held my amulet in both hands and made a ball of bright light appear. I released it at Greg as he released his at me. They collided and made a huge explosion. We all went flying in separate directions. I ended up hitting a tree and breaking my wings. I realized my amulet got hit with the blast and quickly looked at it, there was a crack going down the middle. "He's gonna pay." I said, holding my amulet tight to me. My eyes started to turn orange. I shook my head and spaced out. I entered my own mind and looked at Sasha. "You need to stop controlling my body Sasha. It doesn't just hurt others. It also hurts me. Every time you take over my body I lose part of my powers for a few weeks." I said, looking at her. "I can't help it. When you get angry I feel that anger and I just react." Sasha said, looking at me. "If I can get our mother's amulet then I might be able to bring you back to life." I said, looking at her. "Really! Oh my Light- eer sorry sis. I'm just so excited!" Sasha said, as her hair changed color. Her hair was a bright orange with blue tips. "Okay. That's new. Your hair just changed colors." I said, looking at her. "Cool." She said, as I left my mind. "Time to get our mother's amulet back." I said, as my eyes glowed. I walked back to where the explosion first happened. Greg was there waiting for me. Not a scratch on him because of my mother's amulet. "You have one last chance! Come with me and I'll leave the capitol alone, or if you refuse to come peacefully then I'll have the bandits destroy everything." He said, looking at me. "I will never come with you and you won't be hurting the capitol and anyone who lives there!" I said, changing one of my eyes to the color orange. "I see you need my help." Sasha said, looking at Greg. "All I ask is you don't kill him." I said, looking at him as well. We both controlled my body and attacked him. I knocked our mother's amulet out of his hand and encased it in a magic crystal. "I hate you and your stupid sister, Sasha." Greg started to laugh. "I'm glad my curse worked though." He said, looking at me. "You did what?!" I said, changing my eye back to light blue. "You heard me." He said, laughing. I growled as I picked up the crystal with my mother's amulet in it. "What are you doing?" Grayson asked, walking over to me. "Go check on the other guard. I got him." I said, as my eyes glowed. "Okay." Grayson said, running off. I made the crystal disappear and put my amulet away. I held my mother's amulet in my hand with the other one on top. "What it was before, let it be again. Not two twins but three... triplets. Not two but three." I said, as the amulet glowed. Sasha appeared and she was now fully human and not part of me. I gave Sasha our mother's amulet and fell to my knees. "Light? Are you okay?" Sasha said, looking at me. "Yeah. Just really tired. But I can take care of him. Go find Jace and Mya. Make sure they're okay." I said, as I pulled my amulet out of my pocket. "Let me fix your amulet." Sasha said, holding out her hand. I handed her my amulet as the man took the chance to strike. I made my staff appear and blocked it. "Your so stupid." I said, as my eyes were still glowing. She fixed my amulet, handed it to me, then ran off. I looked at Greg. "Greg Kingston Fire, Prince Of The Wind Dimension, you are hereby de-throned and under arrest." I said, making a yellow orb appear. I took away all his powers and the orb soaked it up and disappeared. "You can't do that!" He said, as he went back to his bandit form. "Actually. I can. I am Light Faith Domencia, The Queen Of All The Dimensions." I said, looking at him. "I need Katherine for her powers!" He said, standing up. "No you don't. I am Katherine. And you don't need my powers!" I said, transforming back to what I looked like as Kat. "S-sorry Queen Light." He said, looking at me. "Boss!" One of the bandits said, running over to Greg. " What did you do to him!?" He said, looking at me. "I de-throned him and took away all his powers. Now leave!" I said, as my eyes glowed. "Y-yes ma'am." He said, as him and the other bandits ran off. I stared at Greg. "Kat are you okay?" Jace asked, running over to me. "Yeah." I said, looking at him and noticing Mya. "Mya. Are you okay?" I asked, looking at her. "Wait. Did you say Mya?" Greg said, standing up. Mya looked away. "Mya. Is it really you?" Greg asked, walking over towards her. "One more step Greg and I'll send you to another Dimensions." I said, glaring at him. "Greg you're not supposed to be here. I'm not coming back. Ever!" Mya said, yelling. Out of nowhere the wind started blowing fast and hard. Jace's feet were no longer touching the ground. "Jace!" I yelled, jumping up and grabbing his hand. I pulled him back down to the ground. Sasha came running over to us asking what was going on. "I don't know. One minute Mya is yelling at Greg then the next minute it is randomly really windy." I said, as my wings slowly grew and started to move. My wings were still broken but that didn't keep them from flapping. "Kat. Let me fix your wings then you can fly up and make the wind stop." Sasha said, pulling out our mother's amulet which was now hers. "Even if my wings get fixed I won't know how to make the wind stop." I said, as Sasha aimed the amulet at my wings. "Believe in yourself and you will succeed." Sasha said, as my wings healed. "Jace. I'm going to let go of your hand. You won't fly away. Trust me." I said, as he nodded his head. I let go of his hand and flew up. The wind spun around me getting faster and faster every second. I calmed myself down and believed in myself. I believed that I could make the wind stop. The wind started to slow down then soon enough it stopped. Mya fell to her knees and passed out. "Mya!" I said, flying down, making my wings disappear, and running over to her. "Mya. Mya wake up." I said, sitting next to her. "Queen Light- Don't call me that!" I said, as my eyes glowed and I glared at him. He backed away from where we were. "Step back." I said, making my star necklace appear. Everyone stepped back as I set it to night and made stars come down from the sky and surround me. The stars spun around me and Mya as the tips of my hair, ears, and tail glowed. Mya started to glow as the stars spun around us faster and faster. After Mya stopped glowing, the stars went back up to the sky, I fell to my knees, and Mya was awake. "Kat, I'm sorry." Mya said, looking up at me. "Wha-" before I could finish what I was about to say, I passed out. I woke up about a day or two later. I sat up and when I opened my eyes, I could not see anything. Everything was just black. I screamed, and covered my face. "Kat what's wrong?" Jace asked, running into the room. "I can't see." I said, moving my hands away from my eyes. "Kat. Calm down. I'll send the kids to get Angel. I'll be right back." He said, running out of the room. I could sense that he was gone because I didn't hear any footsteps. "Please hurry." I whispered to myself. I heard two sets of feet running up the stairs and to the door. "She's in here." Jace said, opening the door. "Kat. What happened?" Angel said, sitting next to me. "I don't know. Before I passed out, Mya said she was sorry. But before I could ask what for I just passed out. Then when I woke up I couldn't see." I said, as tears started rolling down my face. "Wait. You said Mya said she was sorry? I wonder if that has something to do with you being blind." Angel said, looking at me. "I don't know. But Angel, can I talk to you for a sec in private." I asked, as she looked at me. "I'll leave. I'll be in the garden with the kids." Jace said, leaving the room and closing the door. "Before I passed out. I could sense that Mya has powers. She doesn't know she does. I can feel it. I don't want to tell her because she might get scared. I can feel her powers growing though. I need to make a special type of plant to keep her powers under control. If I don't then her powers will consume her." I said, as Angel stared at me in shock. "O-ok. But how?" Angel said, looking at me. "I know a way of how I can see, but the last time I did it was years ago. I don't even know if I can still transform into that form." I said, wiping away the tears. "Try and maybe it will work." Angel said, looking at me. "Okay." I said, as my ears and tail changed back to a vulpini's and I transformed into a vulpini. "I can see!" I said, looking at Angel. She smiled as I ran around on the bed. "The only downside is that I can only be a vulpini for one day of each month. Except for May. In May, I am in my vulpini form for the whole month. All people who are born or cursed as a vulpini are vulpini's for all of May." I said, looking at Angel. "You do know that in two days it will be May." Angel said, looking at me. "What! Oh no. Where are Ender and Seth?" I asked, looking at her. "Ender and Seth? Who are they?" Angel said, looking at me like I was crazy. "Ender and Seth, the two vulpini kids." I said, looking at her. "Upstairs. Why?" She asked, as I jumped off the bed. "I need to talk to them. It's important. Here's the list of stuff and how to make the plant. I'm going to talk to them. I'll be by your tailor shop around noon." I said, running out of the room, and up the second set of stairs. I knocked on the door that was labeled "Ender and Seth's Play-Room. Please don't enter." Ender answered the door and looked at me. "I need to talk to you and your brother, Seth." I said, looking at her. "Mom is everything okay?" Ender asked, as I walked into her room. "I need to talk to both of you. I said, looking at Ender and Seth. "About your vulpini forms." They stared at me. "In two days it will be May. The month of the vulpini's. That means we'll be in our vulpini forms all month. I wanted to tell you guys so you don't worry cause you both are eight years old now, which means this will be your first time in your vulpini forms. You just came of age. It will hurt for a few hours at first but after that it will be okay.The only hard part is trying to fall asleep. When your in your vulpini forms your body tends to make it hard to sleep because you're adjusting to the changes. So if you need anything, just ask me and I help you." I said, smiling. "Okay. Thanks mom." They both said, hugging me. "Oh by the way. You will only be able to transform into a vulpini once a month. Your full power is shown in your vulpini form so only use it when you are in danger and need to protect yourself or someone you know or love." I said, walking out of the room. My tail lightly touched the floor and it made me jump. I looked at my tail and just laughed. I walked down the two stair cases and to the front door. "Kat? Where are you going?" Jace asked, walking over to me. "Angel's house. To help her with something." I said, looking at him. "Let me guess. You transformed into your vulpini form so you can see but you just found out in two days it will be May, the month of vulpini's." Jace said, looking at me. I nodded my head. "Go ahead. Just be safe." Jace said, looking at me. "I will." I said, smiling and walking out of the door that was wide open. I got to Angel's tailor shop and knocked on the door. "Who is it?" Angel asked, walking over to the door. "Oh, hey Stacey. Come on in. I have the tailor shop closed to make sure no one asks questions." Angel said, holding the door open. "Okay and thanks again." I said,walking in as my tail hit the floor and I jumped again. Angel laughed. "Not funny. I'm not used to being in my vulpini form." I said, looking at Angel. We went straight to work on making the magical plant. We stayed up all night making the plant. At two in the morning I transformed back into my human form and I couldn't see again. "Want me to help you back to your house?" Angel asked, looking at me. "I need to plant the flower because only the royal family can that's why no one knows about the plant." I said, feeling around for the plant. "I'll help you plant it then I'll bring you back to your house." Angel said, as she handed me the flower and we walked over to Mya's house and set the plant in the ground right outside her door. "Then one more thing." I searched through my pockets until I found my necklace. "Your amulet?" Angel asked, looking at it. I nodded my head then made it glow. Then necklace made a small ball around the flower. "It disappeared." Angel said, looking at the disappeared plant then at me. I put the necklace away then smiled. "Then it worked. Only the royal family can see it but other people can't." I said, looking at Angel. "Okay then. Let's bring you home." Angel said, helping me up. It was apparently nighttime and everyone was going to bed. Jace helped me to my room, closed the door, and went to his room. I fell asleep thinking about everything that has happened to me in the past. When I woke up I was in my vulpini form and I heard noises coming from the room above me. I went out of my room and upstairs to find Seth pinning Ender to the ground. "Seth, get off your sister. Ender, are you okay?" I growled at Seth, looking at Ender. "I think so." Ender tried to stand up but fell back down. "Oww." She said, laying on the floor. I walked over to her and nudged her front leg. She growled. "Sorry mom." She said, looking at me. "It's okay. I do the same thing when someone gets too close when I'm hurt or when my family is hurt." I said, grabbing a piece of cloth that I had in my pocket before I transformed. I wrapped the cloth around her leg and helped her stand up. "Is that better?" I asked, as she slowly started to walk. "A little. Thanks mom." She said, hugging me. "No problem. Now Seth. You have to be careful you're both strong in this form and even a little bit of roughhousing can hurt each other if you don't learn to control it." I said, looking at him. "Sorry mom." Seth said, whimpering. "It's okay. Just be careful next time." I said, looking at him. "Let's head outside, and out to the woods outside of the capitol. I need to teach you how to control your strength without having distractions." I said, having them follow me downstairs. "Hi Kat. Hey kids. Where are you guys going?" Jace said, looking at me. "Out to the forest so I can teach them how to control their strength, without distractions." I said, walking over to Jace. "Do you want me to come with you guys? To make sure Grayson and Mya don't hurt you that is." Jace said, looking at us. I nodded my head as we followed Jace outside. We walked to the front gate as Mya and Grayson stared at me, Seth, and Ender. "I'm taking Kat, Seth, and Ender out to the woods to train. Don't and I mean don't bother them while they're in this form. They'll be like this all month." Jace said, staring at them. "Yes sir." They said, as we walked a little ways away from them. "How can he understand them?" Mya asked, looking at Grayson. "I don't know." Grayson said, as we walked away.
