Just a heads up. This might have to be one of the most terribly done chapters I've written. Look, I just wanted to get to part two, where you see the manz.
So much time was passing by. You found yourself wasting the precious time while looking for the man you wished you didn't have to serve. Lord Viren.
You often found yourself in this situation. He's always around, but not really? Yeah, he's in the same building as you are in...just..somewhere.
Around the corner, you saw a small glimpse of purple hair pass by.
Claudia!"Claudia!" You swifted past the items she seemed to be tossing while walking. She quickly took a stop in her steps, looking everywhere but behind her.
"Right here Claudia. Do you, by any chance, know where Lord Viren is?" You asked. She look surprised, by the fact that you were in the last place she decided to look at.
"Oh, dad? I think he went to go check on Gren or something.. I think, I'm not sure..." Her thoughts wondered elsewhere.
Well that's the last place you could've thought of. You scurried your way to the
dungeon , in hopes of finally catching the questionable man. You finally made it to the stairs that delivered you to what you have been looking for...? As you took the last step, the chained armoured man quickly stood up. Gren."Hey there! I've been meaning to tell someone this joke I thought of. What did the farmer say when he lost his tractor?" He looked for any reactions.
You stopped. Maybe even your breathing as it got a little way to quiet.
"I don't know?"
"Where's my tractor!" He burst into a fit of laughter. The laugh was so contagious that had you laughing just for a while. But your main thought : This is awkward.
After he settled down, you decided to bring up the same question you had asked Claudia.
"Hey Gren. Has Lord Viren passed by recently?" You asked the freckled man.
"Yeah yeah actually! He's right...over there.." Even though the chains limited his movements, he still managed to point towards the room that Viren happened to be in.
"Awesome, thank you!" You quickly bowed your head before making your way to the room.
Inside the room, you heard a set of voices. Viren's and...a very deep one. So deep that..it almost sent chills down your spine. But it was very faint. Yet you decided to open the door.
